The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
December 26 – Day Shift
21-018616- 201 Eads Street- Domestic Disorder
Police were dispatched to the listed location in response to a domestic disturbance being broadcasted on Facebook live. Police met with complainant who stated her ex-boyfriend was refusing to leave her apartment prior to police arrival. She stated she and her ex-boyfriend were arguing because he had moved an item in her apartment and he disrespected her to a child. She stated he choked her, bit her finger, and scratched her face. I observed a small scratch on her forehead and a small scratch on her finger. I did not observe any marks on her neck, or any signs of strangulation having occurred. She stated she did not wish to prosecute him for scratching her.
21-018619- 3657 Ringgold Road- Disorder
The caller advised the guest in a room at the Cascades motel was refusing to leave. Police spoke with the guest. He requested a ride to the bus station. He was transported.
21-018622- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Unknown 911
Dispatch advised of an abandoned 911 call at a room in the Budgetel. Police spoke with the occupant and found the call was accidental.

December 26– Night Shift
21-018646: 1503 McDonald Road, Waverly Motel/ Arrest-Warrant
Jesse Seabron Thompson was arrested on an Alias/Capias warrant for Driving While License Revoked, Suspended, or Cancelled.
21-018645: 6504 Ringgold Rd (Narcotics Arrest/ Misdemeanor citation)
A suspicious vehicle was observed at the Stay Express. Contact was made with the driver, Andrew Rowland, who was found to be in possession of fentanyl.
21-018639: 6514 Ringgold Rd (Narcotics Arrest/AOA)
A suspicious subject was seen walking between the Mapco and the Tip Top Food Mart (6500 Ringgold) involved in short term traffic/hand to hand transactions. A consensual encounter led to identifying the subject as Stephanie Thompson. Fentanyl was located on Thompson’s person, and she was also found to have active warrants out of Red Bank.
21-018637 3600 block Shirl Jo Lane / Aggravated Domestic Assault
Police responded to this address in reference to an assault call. Police made contact with the victim at a local hospital and determined that a male subject assaulted him. Injuries to the victim will require surgery to repair.
5700 Roper Street/ Stalking and false report/ 21-018638
Willie Daniels was arrested for stalking a woman. He also stated that the victim attempted to run him over.
1503 McDonald Road – Search Warrant / Possession of methamphetamine and tampering/ 21-018647
Brandy Burnette was arrested for possession of meth, tampering, and resisting at the Waverly Motel. Following the execution of a narcotics search warrant, Fred White was arrested for possession of meth, marijuana, and tampering.

4333 Oakdale Avenue (miscellaneous)
The resident called police stating an unknown person entered his locked home overnight and stole money and car keys. His car was still present, and there was no sign of forced entry. (21-018656)
6513 Ringgold Road (warrant service)
Christy Jett was arrested on a Sessions warrant. (21-018651)
6500 Ringgold Road (warrant service)
Phillip Rockholt was arrested on a Sessions warrant. (21-018666)
300 block Cedar Glen Circle (dog at large)
The resident was issued a misdemeanor citation for dog at large after his dog bit two people. (21-018671)
3611 Fountain Avenue (scam)
The complainant said she received a call from a person claiming to be with the HCSO requesting personal information. The complainant contacted the HCSO who informed her it was a scam call. (21-018657)
1618 S. Rugby Place (road hazard)
Part of the asphalt roadway caved in, creating a small sink hole near this address. Police secured the scene, the Street Department arrived, and barricades were erected until the hole can be filled later. (21-018663)

A male subject was transported to a local hospital and treated for an apparent overdose at this location.
3 Sheridan Rd (A.O.A/Warrant Service 21-018690)
Leonard Ross was taken to Silverdale Detention Center for Hamilton County warrants following a call regarding a suspicious vehicle.
3200 block Gleason Drive (Arrest 21-018683)
A male subject was taken into custody on outstanding East Ridge warrants for domestic assault and aggravated burglary during a domestic disorder call at this location. On arrival at the jail, he refused to sign conditions of release.
