The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
December 17 – Day Shift
Warrant Service-
Four outstanding East Ridge warrants were served on Cuong Mang while he was being held at Bradley County Jail. Mang was picked up from there and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
1628 John Ross Road- Burglary in Progress-
The caller advised of two males entering the condemned house at this address. Upon arrival officers spoke with the men. It was found they work for Fanny May and will be at the house for the next few days cleaning out the house.
4101 Ringgold Road (Paniagua Auto)- Theft-
The caller advised two vehicles on the lot were missing their catalytic converters. He advised sometime between 12-3 and today an unknown suspect(s) removed the parts from two pick up trucks on the lot. There was no video and no suspect description.

December 17 –Night Shift
700 South Seminole Drive / Evading Arrest:
Police attempted to perform a traffic stop on a black motorcycle sport bike. The bike failed to stop at a stop sign located at South Seminole Drive and Gleason drive and failing to maintain lane once on South Seminole Drive. Upon activation of emergency equipment, the motorcycle with a male driver wearing a red and white helmet fled from police at a high rate of speed north on South Seminole Drive. Emergency equipment was deactivated at South Seminole Drive and Dunlap Avenue so the vehicle could safely flee from police. No suspects at this time.
1600 Prater Rd. /Felony Evading:
Police attempted to stop a blue Dodge Pickup TN CCD390 for a light law violation. The vehicle continued south on Prater Road at a high rate of speed, weaving out of lanes recklessly. Police deactivated equipment and continued traveling south in search of a turnaround. Police observed the pickup truck striking a vehicle in the 200 block of Prater Road and leaving the scene. Police stood by with the crash until Catoosa County and Georgia State Patrol arrived on the scene. The driver is suspected to be Steven Addison. No charges are pending at this time.

December 18 – Day Shift
6215 Dayton Blvd (attempted warrant service):
Police responded to the Hamilton County Probation Department after being notified a subject with a verified East Ridge warrant was on scene. Police were later canceled prior to arrival, because staff did not detain the person and allowed her to leave.
3984 Ringgold Road (fraud):
The resident called police after an unknown suspect gained access to several family member’s credit cards. All victims had purchased gas at the Stop N Go during the past few weeks. A clerk with Stop N Go stated an illegal scanner was located at the store about a month ago. The store was advised to have their equipment inspected.
300 Dunlap Avenue (auto theft):
The resident’s car was left running and unattended this morning while warming up. It was promptly stolen by an unknown suspect but was recovered on East 36th Street in less than fifteen minutes by “Tony.” The victim was contacted and recovered his car.
3984 Ringgold Road (suspicious activity):
a state inspector responded to the Stop N Go to inspect the fuel pumps and found a skimmer. It was placed into Property and Evidence.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Brandon Thomas was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant and was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

December 18 – Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Rd (Disorder 20-016574):
Police responded at the request of security (there was no off duty deputy on site) to assist with an unruly patient. Officers arrived and made contact with two females who were refusing to leave the emergency room. The parties were allowed to stay in the waiting room until transportation could be provided for them.
4340 Ringgold Rd (Assault 20-016575):
Pizza Hut employees were assaulted by a group of young females. The employees stated the suspects were upset about the condition of the pizza they ordered and threw the pizza at them.
1410 Mack Smith Rd Rm 4214 (Unknown 911 20-016578):
Police responded to a 911 call. The caller hung up immediately and would not answer on call back. Officers made contact with James Johnson who stated it was an accidental call. Johnson was found to have active warrants through Hamilton County. He was transported to the jail.
1152 Chippewah Rd (Vandalism 20-016579):
The reporting party stated someone had apparently thrown rocks and broke her glass door.
5322 Clemmons Rd (Disorder 20-016582):
The caller stated a young couple was arguing loudly. The disorder was found to be verbal only. Lovest Carter was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Marijuana. He had in excess of 20 grams of marijuana in his pocket.
1600 Springvale Rd (Arrest 20-016587):
Richard Brown was taken into custody for Public Intoxication after he was located in his vehicle at Springvale Park.
3608 Whitehead Ave (Arrest 20-016588):
While conducting neighborhood patrol police located a highly intoxicated Hispanic male in a vehicle parked in the middle of the roadway. While dealing with the intoxicated male another male approached officers and became combative. He was tazed and taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest. The first party was taken into custody for DUI and Open Container.
6642 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 20-016590):
The reporting party stated a male subject was causing a disorder and had damaged items in a room at the Econo Lodge. Warrants will be sought against Anel Sahbaz for vandalism.
1000 Bass Pro Drive (Suspicious Vehicle 20-016591):
While conducting a business check officers located a vehicle occupied by two male parties in the parking lot. Jecquan Johnson was issued a misdemeanor citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Jonathan Williams was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Simple Possession.
