Dec. 8 Day Shift
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Disorder-
The caller advised a patient was causing a disorder with hospital staff as she was being discharged. They advised she was refusing to leave. Upon police arrival the patient calmed herself and agreed to leave. A taxi service was called to pick her up.
5335 Rose Street- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown suspect took the tag off his motorcycle. On arrival while officers were gathering information the caller located his vehicle tag in his residence.
Warrant Service-
Devonte Lovingood was served with an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail.
1517 Tombras Avenue- Arrest-
Officers were executing an arrest warrant on a female party in the East Ridge City Court. While taking the female party into custody, a male party who police identified as Ledarius Davis was being disorderly. He was taken into custody by order of Judge Helton. Upon taking him into custody, a search of his person was conducted, and 1.5 pills in his right coin pocket were found. A check of the pills found them to be 40mg OxyContin. Davis was charged with possession of schedule II drugs and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. He was also served an East Ridge warrant.
Warrant Service-
Ebony Russell was arrested at the East Ridge City Court on a Forfeiture Capias through the City of East Ridge. The original charge was Driving on a Suspended License. She was transported to 601.

Night Shift
366 Tanager Circle / Aggressive Animal:
Police responded to this address in reference to an aggressive animal call. Police spoke with multiple residents in the area and determined that a German Sheppard had broken free from its chain at 329 Tanager Circle and chased the resident from 366 back to their residence. Residents in the area stated that this has occurred on multiple occasions. Police spoke with the dog’s owner at 329 Tanager Circle who told police that he was in the process of moving the belongings in the house as well as the animals due to his father passing away and leaving the house. The dog’s owner agreed to keep the animals inside and walk them on leash. Report completed for record.
601 Walnut Street / Warrant Service:
Lori Davis was arrested at this location for an active East Ridge warrant.
5724 Scott Street / Aggravated Domestic Assault:
Police responded to an assault call at this location. Upon arrival police observed a white female bleeding from a cut above her eye. Police spoke with the female who advised her granddaughter Savannah Mcnabb had struck her in the face with a cell phone following an argument. Mcnabb who had blood on her sweatshirt was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault and was transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.
3508 Ringgold Rd / Public Intoxication:
Police took Michael Williams into custody for public intoxication after several complaints were received about him aggressively panhandling.
6519 Ringgold Road/Stolen Vehicle recovery:
Amber Crowe was arrested during a consensual encounter at the Super 8 after being in possession of a stolen Dodge Charger out of Fort Payne AL. Ms. Crowe was also charged with poss of meth and drug paraphernalia.
100 I-75 NB/improper use of 911:
William Birkhead was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest following a traffic stop at this location for speeding. Mr. Birkhead called 911 while officers were present stating he was in fear of police.

Rachel Stephens was arrested on a Catoosa County warrant during a consensual encounter at this location
