Catholic downed Oakwood Christian Academy, 11-1, Wednesday on the road in middle school baseball.

The win improved Catholic’s record to 14-4 on the season. The team will travel to Lookout Valley on Tuesday looking for win number 15 on the year. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m. EDT.

Cale Nausley struck out four and allowed only one hit in three innings of work on the mound.

Cooper Campbell and Anthony Vaughn both went 4-for-4 at the plate. Henry Osborne’s triple was the first for the team this season. Campbell also displayed some stellar glove work, accounting for four put-outs in the five-inning contest.
