The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
August 26 – Day Shift
3700 Sullivan Ave (Juvenile Arrests 22-011963):
Police responded to a road rage incident involving a male subject pointing a firearm at occupants of another vehicle. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the suspect vehicle on Sullivan Ave. A juvenile male passenger was found to be in possession of a Glock 9mm handgun. The passenger was charged with five counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a felony and underage consumption of alcohol. The juvenile male driver was taken into custody for driving without a license, DUI and criminal impersonation.
2102 Dabney Dr (animal):
Reporting party called in stating someone dropped off six puppies in their driveway. Animal control responded and took them to the shelter. (22-011972)
5815 Ringgold Rd (Criminal Trespass 22-011955):
Christina Harper was trespassed from this property, The Lucky Mart, on this date and was asked to leave. Police had been out with her several times
6112 Shallowford Rd. (Warrant Service 22-011959)
Sheyenne Sullivan picked up and transported to Silverdale from this location on East Ridge warrant for Driving on Revoked.
6500 Ringgold Rd (Crash 22-011962):
Officers responded to crash between a school bus carrying students and a US Mail truck. No injuries were reported.

August 26 – Night Shift
3300 Ringgold Rd (warrant):
Shonta Sexton was taken into custody on a sessions warrant following an SIA at this location. (22-011979)
3725 Fountain Ave (burg. in progress):
Reporting party called in stating his neighbor called and said someone was breaking into his apartment. Police found the door to be unlocked and cleared the apartment. Nothing was tampered with or taken. The reporting party stated he thinks someone may have just been knocking on his door. (22-011974).
1410 Mack Smith Road (Warrant Attempt):
Police received information that the suspect, Jamal Adams, from the recent stabbing incident was on the balcony of a room. Police contacted the occupants of the room and conducted a search for Adams, who was not located. No further information on his location is available currently. (22-011977)
709 S Lovell Ave (Domestic Assault):
Casey Ware was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault after hitting her ex-boyfriend with a scooter and a metal rod at this location. (22-011968)

August 27 – Day Shift
3500 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 22-011983):
During a traffic stop for speeding, Eric Vaughn pushed his way past officers, fled on foot and dropped a firearm on Ringgold Road. He was apprehended a short time later near 3636 Ringgold Rd. Passengers in the vehicle, Kiara Carson and Samantha Martin, were found to have multiple warrants through numerous agencies including East Ridge. The females were taken into custody on the warrants and Carson was additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Vaughn was taken into custody for driving while suspended, possession of cocaine, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and resisting arrest. Vaughn was also issued numerous traffic citations.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Warrant Arrest 22-01191):
Connie Beverly was taken into custody on Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop after officers were informed she was vacating the Budgetel. She was transported to Silverdale without incident.
821 S. Germantown Rd (Auto Theft22-011988):
The complainant reported her 2013 maroon Nissan Murano was stolen from her driveway sometime between 1830hrs on 08/26/2022 and 0930hrs this date. The complainant did not have any suspect information.

August 27 – Night Shift
6519 Ringgold Road (Suspicious Person):
Dustin Pursley was taken into custody for Public intoxication at this location following a suspicious person call. (22-012017)
3500 Ringgold Road (Warrant Svc.):
Following a traffic stop at this location, Facundo Velasquez Roblero was taken into custody on a warrant out of Catoosa County. Roblero was also issued several traffic citations. (22-012014)
613 Marlboro Ave (Burglary/Theft):
Police responded to a reported burglary at this address. The complainants reported several items taken from the residence by an unknown male and female. Police will be following up on leads provided by the complainants. (22-012019)
