The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
August 22 Day Shift
6510 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 22-011781):
Kevin Webb was located at the intersection of Mack Smith and Ringgold Roads. When attempting to stop him he took off from police and went to the back of the motel where he entered a room. Bradley County had already informed East Ridge Police that he had a felony warrant for theft. He was located behind the bathroom door, was taken into custody and charged with evading arrest along with his other warrants.
4100 block Monroe St (Arrest 22-011794):
Daniel McNish was taken into custody for violating an order of protection and trespassing.

Night Shift
3500 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service):
Following a traffic stop, police served Jeremiah Chatman an arrest warrant from Collegedale Police. (22-011808)
2106 Dabney Dr (FI/Suspicious Activity):
Police were called here referencing suspicious activity. Dispatch stated a caller requested an officer to check the area, due to a male on a motorcycle dancing in the driveway. Additionally, the home is abandoned, and no one should be at the driveway. Police made contact with the man standing next to his Honda motorcycle in the driveway. He stated he was collecting trash by the road and does not live at this vacant home. The man had a gasoline can and a makeshift tiki torch at his feet. He stated he was going to light it to see because it was dark. The man stated he couldn’t light the torch because the gasoline was stale. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way. (22-011813)
3520 Shelby Cir (Domestic assault):
Police were called here in reference to a Domestic assault. After conducting a thorough investigation police determined Jayson Mitchell to be the primary aggressor and he was taken into custody. (22-011817)
400 S. Moore Road (Arrest):
Following a traffic stop at this location, Brandi Holt was taken into custody for DUI. She was also charged with implied consent while at the jail. Holt was also issued traffic citations. (22-011816)
4214 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service.):
East Ridge Police met with CPD to pick up a Christopher Johnson. Johnson was taken into custody for an alias capias driving on revoked warrant out of East Ridge. He was transported to Silverdale without incident. (22-011811)
6708 Ringgold Road (Criminal Trespass/Arrest):
Jeffrey Stuart was given a notice of Criminal Trespass and arrested for Public Intoxication following a call at the Circle K. (22-011804)
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant):
Latona Smith was arrested and booked on East Ridge warrants (21-008331).
2000 block Myrtle Ave / Theft (22-011815):
Police were dispatched this location after the reporting party stated her ex-boyfriend stole her cell phone. Upon speaking with the reporting party the cell phone was found to have been bought by her ex. The reporting party was advised the cell phone was established as his property. (22-011815)
201 Eads Street Apartment (Runaway Juvenile):
A female subject left the residence again without her mother’s consent. She possibly got into a black pick-up truck that was seen leaving the area. She was entered into NCIC. (22-011818)
