The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
August 19 – Day Shift
22-011649- 4400 Bennett Road- Burglary/Vandalism-
Three juveniles, two boys and a girl, entered the unlocked school cafeteria and caused a considerable amount of damage around 1700 hours yesterday. Video footage was viewed. CID responded to process evidence. School staff requested an extra watch of the property.
22-011646- 1530 Keeble Street- Found Property-
The caller advised he had found a red iPhone, a black and white slide sandal for a left foot, and a black and gray snap back hat in his backyard. He advised police had been chasing several individuals during the night and the subjects had dropped the items. The items were collected and placed into East Ridge Property and Evidence.
22-011648- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Runaway Recovery-
Police were dispatched to the Budgetel regarding the return of a runaway juvenile. On scene police spoke with the juvenile and her mother. The juvenile stated she was just walking around.
22-011651- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Hollie Nelson was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-011655- 6514 Ringgold Road- Panhandler-
The caller advised a male was begging customers for money in the parking lot of the Mapco. On scene police checked the area but the male had already left the property.
22-011672- 3100 Ringgold Road- Truck Stuck at Tunnel-
Police were dispatched to the tunnel for a truck stuck. On scene the truck was not stuck. Officers helped turn him around. Citations were issued.

August 19 – Night Shift
East Ridge Middle School / Vandalism-Follow up (22-011680):
Juvenile subjects associated with the vandalism at the school on 8/18 returned to the school again. Police identified the juvenile individuals; CID took over and the children were released into parental custody.
5418 Ringgold Road / Assist other Agency (22-011697):
Stephanie Burke was arrested on active Catoosa County Warrants.
3636 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called to the Food City after an employee observed a vehicle parked in the west side of the parking lot with the driver’s door open and a male not moving. Upon arrival police made contact with Kent Cunic who was asleep halfway in the driver’s seat leaning out of the vehicle. Cunic was found to be in possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. He was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
August 20 – Day Shift
22-011709- 703 Shady Drive- Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. On scene police checked the front of the house but were unable to access the rear. What we could see appeared secure.
22-011711- 3800 block Altamira Drive- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised the mentally ill female living at this address ran away. On scene police checked he neighborhood. The female was located and returned home. Once home she attempted to leave again assaulting officers in the process. She was arrested and transported to Silverdale.
22-011714- 5506 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. On scene the building appeared secure.

August 20 – Night Shift
1417 St. Thomas St. / Theft from motor vehicle:
Police were called to the Motel 6 after an individual discovered his methadone had been stolen out of his vehicle. No suspect information was provided to police. Report is on file for the incident.
1410 Mack Smith Rd / Runaway:
Police were called to this location regarding a female subject running away from her residence. She was located both times and returned to her mother.
639 Camp Jordan Parkway / Traffic Stop-Arrest (22-011723):
Following a traffic stop at this location, Justin Thurman fled on foot and was caught. He was found to be in possession of 1.1 ounces of methamphetamine and a large sum of U.S. currency.
