Aug. 24 Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (mental health consumer):
A female came to the police department to provide information about some murders in Indiana. Indiana authorities were already aware of this woman’s claims, but her written statements were forwarded to Indiana law enforcement.
Moore Road at South Terrace (found property):
A citizen turned in a wallet located at this intersection. The wallet belongs to Antonio Hayden Jr., who police were unable to reach. The wallet was placed into Property and Evidence.
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Jeremy Sturgeon was transported from the Chatsworth, GA county jail to 601 Walnut Street on East Ridge warrants for aggravated assault.
1504 John Ross Road (found child):
A passerby called police after seeing a small toddler walking along John Ross Road shortly after 6:00 a.m. today. The child’s mother was quickly located, and the child was returned to her. The child had managed to open a sliding glass door in the home. A CPS report was filed.
1170 Chippewah Drive (found adult):
Police responded to the area after a disoriented, elderly female was located walking in the roadway. Police were able to make contact with the woman’s son who explained his mother has dementia. She was transported by ambulance to Erlanger Hospital for an evaluation.
714 S. Germantown Road (auto burglary):
Two vehicles were entered at this location overnight. The victims reported just over $200 cash stolen from the cars. No suspect information is available.
5700 Ringgold Road (DUI):
Shoal Wilkinson was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
418 S. Seminole Drive (suspicious person):
A caller reported the return of a bearded white male who was observed going through a dumpster at this location. The suspect was observed leaving in a white Buick missing a rear window.
1600 McBrien Road (mental health consumer):
A witness observed a female party fall out of the passenger side of a moving vehicle. Police located the vehicle and made contact with the passenger, She stated she had attempted to jump from the car to hurt herself. The driver of the vehicle confirmed the story. The woman was transported by ambulance to Parkridge East Hospital.
3657 Ringgold Road Cascades Motel Room 60 (auto theft):
A woman stated she allowed Quadarius Bowling and Antoinette Lewis to borrow her red 2013 Chevy Spark (TN tag CNP 491) on 8/22 to drive their children home. They have refused to return her vehicle and no longer respond to her phone calls. The couple have warrants for theft through Hamilton County. Warrants will be sought.
4900 Fike Drive (suspicious person):
A 14-year-old male was cited for driving a vehicle prior to being turned over to his mother.
3517 Cathy Lane (auto burglary):
An unlocked vehicle was entered overnight at this address, and $80 cash was stolen.
3806 Kingwood Circle (auto burglary):
A vehicle was entered at this address overnight, and the victim had her purse and Glock 42 stolen. The handgun was entered into NCIC.

Night Shift
3631 Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person-
Police responded to an unconscious person call. When they arrived, the victim was conscious but was possibly suffering from low blood sugar. EMS and fire arrived on scene and transported her to the hospital.
4214 Ringgold Rd/ warrant service:
David Lamar Cosby was served with an active East Ridge warrant, after encountering Chattanooga police at 2131 East 27th St. in Chattanooga.
3326 Ringgold Rd / Public Intoxication (20-011155):
John Hess was arrested for public intoxication after he was found asleep in the grass of the Shell gas station.
701 Haven Hill Drive- Burglary- 20-011152-
A woman allowed her ex-boyfriend, David Pierce, to spend the night at her house due to him being in town for court. She stated when she made him leave, he kicked in her door causing damage to the door frame. The woman also stated that Mr. Pierce stole her vehicle keys. Warrants are being sought for burglary, vandalism, and theft of property.
I75 North- DUI/ Hit and run- 20-011163-
Thomas Stinger crashed his BMW into a guardrail on I75N. Mr. Stinger was located in the bed of his friend’s truck driving south on Prigmore Road. Once taken back to the scene, he refused to do any field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI and leaving the scene of the crash.
1000 John Ross Rd/ A.O.A:
Police took Aaron Foskey into custody after he was found to have multiple warrants through Hamilton County.
