The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
August 21 – Day Shift
21-012006- 302 Dunlap Avenue (Seminole Pathe)- Abandoned Vehicle-
The caller advised of a motorcycle laying behind a dumpster on the property. The motorcycle has not been reported stolen. No responsible party or property owner could be located.
21-012009- 201 Eads Street (Dogwood Place)- Shots Heard-
Sonia Burrel called to advise she heard two gunshots. Once on scene police checked the area and spoke to several people on the property. It appeared there was someone shooting fireworks.
21-012010- 1603 South Smith Street- Wellbeing Check-
Parkridge East called and requested police respond to this address and check on a female subject. She left the hospital AMA with an IV still in her arm. She was located and advised she was ok.
21-012013- 1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Unwanted Persons-
Management called regarding a black male and white female loitering on the property. Once on scene police spoke to the couple. They advised they were waiting on a taxi. A short time later the taxi pulled up and the two left the area.

August 21 – Night Shift
21-012030 S Germantown @ Gleason / Arrest:
After short term traffic was seen in the area of the Family Dollar (5319 Ringgold) a traffic stop was initiated and Haven Hutsell was found to be in possession of 112 xanax pills, hydrocodone and marijuana.
21-012047 3657 Ringgold Road #43 / Arrest:
Norman Nichols was taken into custody for distribution of Crack Cocaine after he was found to be in possession of 10 grams during a consensual encounter at this location.
21-012040 S Germantown @ Gleason / Arrest:
After short term traffic was seen coming from room #43 at the Cascades motel a traffic stop was initiated and Brian Mosiniak was found to be in possession of crack cocaine and hydrocodone.
1169 Chippewah Drive/ Suspicious Person:
Police encountered James Silvers sitting outside of the residence at this address. He stated that he was waiting on his girlfriend to come out and leave with him. Police ran his information through NCIC dispatch which came back having an outstanding warrant for probation violation out of Marion County, TN. Police took Silvers into custody and transported him to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale to await extradition. 21-012032.
21-012028- 1000 Bass Pro Drive / Arrest-DUI:
Police observed a black Chrysler 300 make an abrupt left turn into the Bass Pro Parking lot from Camp Jordan Parkway. Police then observed the vehicle circle the parking lot several times before driving up onto a sidewalk in front of the store, behind the bushes then off the sidewalk again. Police conducted a traffic stop and met with the driver, identified as James McClain Jr. McClain was arrested for DUI and Implied Consent.

August 22 – Day Shift
21-012055- 3725 Fountain Avenue (The Summit?)- Domestic Assault/Arrest-
The complainant called to report she had been assaulted by her boyfriend, Darius Harden. Once on scene police spoke to both parties and observed injuries on the complainant’s body. Harden was arrested and transported to Silverdale. He was charged with domestic assault and interference with emergency calls. His firearm was taken and put into property and evidence for safekeeping.
21-012057- 505 South Moore Road (OLPH)- Suspicious Person/Panhandler-
Staff at the church called to report a male subject in gray sweats approaching churchgoers in the parking lot asking for money. The unknown male had already left the area before police arrival.
21-012058- 1512 McBrien Road (Stanley Heights Baptist)- Suspicious Person/FI-
Church staff called to report an unknown male subject looking at cars in the parking lot. Church members advised the male was wearing a red shirt, tan shorts with blonde hair and the male looked to be young. Police searched the area and located the suspect a short distance away. The suspect stated he was having a panic attack. He stated he had smoked meth a day prior. Due to the physical condition of the man, EMS was dispatched to this location. EMS arrived on scene and he was transported to Parkridge East Hospital. An FI was completed.
21-012059- 5300 block Reneau Way- Suspicious Person-
The complainant called to report a male subject in a green shirt and gray shorts walking the neighborhood knocking on doors and asking for money. Once on scene police checked the area but the male had already left the neighborhood in an unknown direction.
21-012060- 1516 Prater Road- Suspicious Person/FI-
Police had received two previous calls on the same party at 505 S. Moore Rd and the 5300 block of Reneau Way, however he was not located those times. Police contacted the described male party in the parking lot of Krystal’s located at 6300 Ringgold Rd. The male partied identified himself. He is a known mental health consumer and advised he was looking for help with regards to shelter and a job. Police advised him of his options, however he did not seem satisfied with the options provided. Police eventually transported him to E 23rd St and Dodds Ave at his request.
21-012065- 13 Belvoir Circle- Theft-
Police responded to this address in reference to a theft and spoke with the complainant. She advised sometime within the last week, someone stole her catalytic converter on her 2006 Chevy Silverado, as well as the stereo speakers in the vehicle. Police observed that the passenger side door was the point of entry, as the door handle had a hole in it allowing access to the door locking mechanism.

21-008958 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Ladarean Lane was taken into custody for an active warrant for Aggravated Burglary.
3300 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Resisting: (21-012083)
Police had been watching foot traffic at the Cascades and observed a male subject on a bicycle who appeared to be involved in a narcotic transaction. Police contacted the male party on his bicycle after he was seen running a stop sign and not having a light on his bicycle. The male party refused to identify himself to police and when police attempted to detain him he became resistive towards police. The male was eventually identified as Reshod White and he was charged with Resisting Arrest, Traffic Control Device, and Violation of Bicycle Lamps Law.
21-012092 3657 Ringgold #69 / Arrest-Drugs:
During a consensual encounter with Mr. Darryn Smith he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
3920 Ringgold Road / Assault (21-012096):
The complainant called police and advised that he had been assaulted by his ex-girlfriend. The man stated that Denisha Denis had struck him in the face, attempted to tase him, and attempted to strike him with her vehicle before leaving the scene. Denis was located at her residence (182 Frawley Road) and was arrested for aggravated domestic assault and resisting arrest.
21-012101 1115 Sewanee Drive / Arrest-Auto Burglary:
Derek Maust was arrested for auto burglary following a theft from a vehicle call at this location report on file.
