August 14 – Day Shift
4331 Lundy Lane (road hazard):
Police responded to a tree down blocking the roadway near this address. After several attempts to contact the Street Department, ERFD arrived on scene and moved the tree. (21-011637)
6725 Ringgold Road (medical):
Austin Neusome flagged down police for medical assistance. Neusome was checked by EMS, refused to go to a hospital, and was taken to jail for an extraditable warrant through Georgia. (21-011640)
5700 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Jason King was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant following a traffic stop at this location. (21-011653)
4214 Ringgold Road (supplemental):
Chattanooga police recovered a firearm which had been stolen in East Ridge. (17-007832)
6514 Ringgold Road (found property):
Mapco employees found a wallet and contents inside the store’s dumpster. The items were collected and placed into Property and Evidence. (21-011649)
4008 Woodmont Drive (medical):
Police responded to calls of a woman lying by the roadside. A female with confirmed COVID was attempting to walk to Dalton when she was overcome by her conditions. She was transported to an area hospital. (21-011660)
932 Ringgold Road (missing person/check well-being):
Police were contacted by the conservator of a mental health consumer, after she was mistakenly dropped off at 6739 Ringgold Road at approximately 01:00 hours this morning. At approximately 15:00 hours, police located the woman on Spring Creek Road after receiving a well-being check for a female party walking in the roadway. Police spoke with the conservator and made arrangements to transport the woman to a location on Lee Highway to meet her group home coordinator. (21-011655).

August 14 – Night Shift
300 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Assist EMS/Arrest 21-011668):
Police responded with EMS to locate a male subject who stated he was feeling sick after donating plasma. Officers located an intoxicated Tyron Robinson who refused treatment by EMS once they arrived. He was taken into custody for public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Silverdale.
5900 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest 21-011681):
Marquis Hymes was detained on Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale.
3326 Ringgold Rd (Assault 21-011683):
Robert Evans was taken into custody for two counts of assault after threatening bodily injury to his coach and his coach’s wife. The incident resulted from the parties providing transportation for Evan’s back to his residence when he became enraged because they would not make several stops along the way. Evans was also found to be in possession of a firearm and marijuana. He was charged accordingly.
1600 Prater Rd (Arrest 21-011684):
An unknown Hispanic male was taken into custody for public intoxication after police received complaints of him knocking on doors of several residences in the area. It was later learned the party was a juvenile. He was medically cleared at Children’s Hospital and then transported to Juvenile Detention.
532 Meadowlark Trl (Noise Complaint 21-011686):
Police were dispatched to a loud party where they encountered approximately 30 juveniles who were consuming alcohol. Several of the juveniles attempted to flee the area but were caught. Three adults were cited for underage consumption and contributing to the delinquency of minors. The juveniles were released to parents.
5300 block Dupont St (Suicide Threats 21-011687):
Officers responded to reports of an armed suicidal suspect. Dispatch advised police the male subject was armed with a firearm, sitting in the back yard of the residence threatening to shoot himself. Officers arrived and located the man sitting in the yard clutching a bottle of vodka. Witnesses on scene stated they had disarmed the man. After a brief struggle he was taken into protective custody by police. He was transported to Parkridge East where his disruptive behavior continued. He was medically cleared and transported to Silverdale on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
3801 Ringgold Rd (Noise Complaint 21-011691):
Police responded to a complaint of loud music coming from Level Up Arcade at 02:30 AM. Officers observed loud music coming from the establishment and approximately 200 vehicles in parking lot surrounding the arcade. Officers also observed approximately 250 patrons. The business owners spoke to police and stated they had clearance from city officials to host large events and have amplified music as long as it didn’t surpass 50 decibels outside the building.
700 S Germantown Rd (DUI Arrests 21-011695):
Juarez Ramirez was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, possession of marijuana and driving while revoked for DUI. Amilcar Ramirez was taken into custody for DUI by consent. Amilcar Ramirez also had warrants through Hamilton County. Both were transported to Silverdale.
6401 Ringgold Rd (Evading 21-011699):
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Acura driven by Michael Benning. Shortly after being stopped and identified the driver decided to flee the stop. The vehicle was last seen traveling east out of the McDonald’s parking lot. Officers did not pursue the vehicle. Warrants to be sought for evading and driving while revoked.

4407 Lanoir Circle (well-being check):
A caller requested police check on a man walking in the area while staring at trees. Contact was made with a gentleman listening to meditation recordings while on his morning walk. (21-011704)

1410 Mack Smith Rd (Disorder 21-011726):
Kiara Angevine was criminally trespassed from Budgetel after she was involved in a verbal disorder with motel employees.
6200 Ringgold Rd (Overdose 21-011729):
Police were dispatched to check the wellbeing of a female party slumped over in the driver’s seat of a blue truck. Officers arrived and observed an unresponsive female in the vehicle, who appeared to have overdosed. Officers used a window entry tool to break the driver’s side window and access the female. She was pulled from the vehicle and administered 2 doses of Narcan. She was transported to Parkridge East for treatment.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Arrest 21-011732):
Police responded to the Parkridge East emergency room when staff called dispatch about an intoxicated, combative party. Officers arrived and detained a female after a brief struggle. She was cleared by hospital staff and transported to Silverdale. She is charged with assault on police, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and retaliation for past actions.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Disorder 21-011736):
Gabrieshia Rittenberry and Leonard Driver were in a disorder in the parking lot of the Budgetel Inn. Officers arrived and determined the disorder was verbal only. Both were found to have active warrants through Hamilton County. They were detained and transported to Silverdale.
5 Belvoir Cir (Arrest 21-011741):
Robert Kyle Sloan was taken into custody for public intoxication.
900 Belvoir Ave (DUI Arrest 21-011742):
Jacob Lopez-Castillo was taken into custody for DUI and driving without a license.
3300 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-011745):
Approximately seven hours after officers rendered lifesaving aid to a female subject she was encountered again. She was observed stumbling along the side of Ringgold Rd in the 3300 block. For her safety she was taken into custody for public intoxication and transported to Silverdale.
