Aug. 11 Day Shift
908 S. Crest Road (auto theft):
The resident called police to report his 2001 Honda Odyssey van was stolen sometime during the night. The man made a report on 8/10/20 concerning his wallet and keys being stolen by an unknown female. The man stated he accepted a ride home from the female due to his being very intoxicated. The vehicle was entered into NCIC.
1427 Millbro Circle (auto burglary):
The resident requested police to call her regarding her vehicle being rummaged through sometime during the night. The resident stated she must have left her vehicle unlocked due to the vehicle alarm not going off. She stated nothing was taken, but she wanted police to be notified.

Night Shift
3400 Gail Drive/ Suspicious person call/ 20-010500-
Police arrested Christofer Holman for public intoxication after he was reportedly passed out near the dumpsters, of the apartments. Mr. Holman admitted to consuming narcotics and had an active warrant through Hamilton County.
115 Bales Ave- Misc. Complaint- 20-010501-
The resident called PD to discuss having a stop sign placed at the corner of Bales and Sullivan. He was advised to discuss the matter with city hall, and he advised he had called, left a message, and never received a return call. He also complained about bushes growing out into the street at 14, 16, and 18 Bales Ave. and feared someone was going to get hurt driving around them. He was advised to reach out to codes.
6725 Ringgold Road/ Littering/ 20-010497-
Reporting party called stating two people were caught throwing trash into and near his trash can. The RP was able to get a license plate from the suspect vehicle and they were identified. Warrants are being sought for Aggravated Criminal Littering.
1708 John Ross/ Suspicious activity/ 20-010503-
RP called stating two young children where too close to the street. When officers arrived, they located the two children and advised their mother to keep the children away from the street.
11 N Lynncrest Drive/ Fall Victim/ 20-01055-
Police went to check on a 94-year-old fall victim after discovering EMS had an extended ETA.
6813 Martha Ave/ Stolen vehicle recovery/ 20-008174-
Whitfield County located a stolen 1979 Harley Davidson Shovel Head that was stolen from 6813 Martha Ave. The vehicle was removed from NCIC.
601 Walnut/Arrest Warrant-/ 20-010495-
Jennifer Miller was served an East Ridge warrant at 601.
1417 St. Thomas Street/ Domestic Assault-
Walter Thomas was arrested for violation of an order of protection and domestic assault.
