August 7 – Day Shift
21-011260- 3108 Mason Drive- Vehicle Burglary-
Police met with the complainant who advised she had left her 2009 maroon Nissan Altima unsecured and it was illegally entered around 05:45 this morning according to video footage. Footage showed what appeared to be a younger male wearing a white hoodie, blue bandana, gray shorts with a black stripe down the leg, and black shoes walking up to the car. Love stated $340 cash was removed from her car. No further suspect information available.
21-011264- 5828 Ringgold Road (Southern Precious Metals)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a male standing in front of the business holding a sign. Once on scene police spoke to the male. He advised of an issue with the business owner over a grass cutting fee. The business manager provided the individual with $20 and he agreed to leave.
21-011270- South Moore Road @ Fike Drive- Unconscious Person/Arrest-
The caller advised of a male unconscious and surrounded by beer cans. Once on scene police spoke to David Sanderson. He was noticeably intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

Matthew Walker was served several East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.

21-011310 5909 Welworth Ave / Misc Complaint:
Police issued a criminal trespass warning to Wilfredo Velazquez for the address of 1306 Sewanee Drive following a disorder at that location. Miscellaneous report on file.
Patton @ Greenslake / Evading: (21-011297)
Police attempted a traffic stop on a blue Lincoln Aviator, and after approaching the vehicle, the driver fled from police at a high rate of speed north onto Greenslake Road. Police did not pursue the vehicle and allowed it to flee from police safely.
6700 Ringgold Road / Traffic-Misdemeanor Citation:
Laterious Deshun Davis was issued a misdemeanor citation for Driving While License Suspended after being stopped for no lights. 21-011315

August 08 – Day Shift
21-011321- 1417 Saint Thomas Street- Suspicious People/FI-
The anonymous caller advised of two males lurking around the motel property. Once on scene police checked the area and located Nicholas W. in the Circle K parking lot. He fit the description of the male subject. Nicholas stated he had a verbal argument with an unknown male at the Motel 6 parking lot, but he did not know the individual and the argument was over the location of the unknown man’s daughter. The man stated he left the area to get food at the Circle K. He was in possession of a Circle K bag with chips and a drink when police approached him. Nicholas also stated he was unemployed and lived in a tent in the homeless camp near the bridge in the 6700 block of Ringgold Road.

Robby Wimpy was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
21-011322- 1503 McDonald Road (Waverly Motel)- Unknown 911-
Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call coming from the area of the motel. Once on scene police checked the motel and the Mapco with no one in distress located.

August 8 – Night Shift
1301 Greenslake Rd / Misdemeanor Citation: (21-011346)
Casey Barnes was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession following a traffic stop at this location.
482 McBrien Road/ Theft of motor vehicle parts:
The complainant reported that during the hours from 0930, August 7th to 2115 hours, August 8th, an unknown suspect attempted to remove his catalytic converter on his 2003 Honda Pilot. He discovered his vehicle with an expandable jack under the passenger side of the vehicle. Police observed that one end of the converter had been cut through. 21-011347
21-011354- 1410 Mack Smith Road / Shots Fired (arrest)-
Police were dispatched to this location in regards to a shots fired call. Upon arrival, police met with several witnesses who gave police a description and possible location of the suspect. Police made contact with four parties in room 2320. The female victim was identified. The woman advised that her boyfriend, Victor Townes, got angry at her after she drove a friend to the store. When they returned, he discharged three rounds from his SCCY 9mm at the ground in her direction. The woman advised police where the firearm ammunition, and magazine were and gave police consent to search the hotel room. All three items were recovered. Townes was arrested and charged with violating an Order of Protection, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Aggravated Domestic Assault, and Reckless Endangerment.
