August 05 – Day Shift
1500 McDonald Road (warrant service):
Shelley Moore was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for theft following a roadside disorder with her girlfriend.
6728 Ringgold Road (DOA):
A man was found deceased on the grounds of Camping World. His remains were transported to the ME’s office.
6110 Bermuda Avenue (theft):
Complainant reported the overnight theft of her daughter’s gas powered, camo, Coleman mini bike. Unknown suspect.

August 05 –Night Shift
728 Frawley Rd (Assist EMS 20-010213):
Dispatched to assist EMS with a 31-year-old female having continuous seizures.
3392 Shadowlawn Dr (Disorder 20-010214):
A woman and her daughter, Mystica Brown, were in a verbal disorder about Brown leaving the residence with her two-year-old daughter. The disorder was verbal only. While on scene police learned Brown had active Hamilton County warrants. When officers attempted to detain Brown she became combative with officers kicking officers and attempting to flee. She was detained on the warrants and charged with Resisting Arrest.
4030 Dellway Cir (Disorder 20-010217):
Police responded to a possible disorder and found two parties in an alcohol fueled political debate. They agreed to quiet their voices for the evening.
3400 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest 20-010220):
Cedric Douglas was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on Hamilton County warrants following a traffic stop.

August 06 – Day Shift
323 Camp Jordan Pkwy – Warrant Service –
Courtney Toran was arrested on an ERPD warrant following a traffic stop.
1512 Karwill Ln – Warrant Service –
Paula Ellis aka Paula Ritchie was arrested on an ERPD warrant for Identity Theft.
601 Walnut St (4214 Ringgold Rd) – Warrant Service –
Thomas Tenear Watkins was served with warrants for Evading Arrest and Driving on Suspended Driver’s License, while in custody at the jail.
6728 Ringgold Road -Camping World- Auto Theft –
The service manager for Camping World reported a customer’s camper was stolen from the property sometime after 07/19/2020 after it was brought in for warranty service. The camper was described as a 2019 light gray with blue graphic streaks Forrest River Alpha Wolf model.
5001 Delaware Dr – Mental Health Consumer –
A female subject woke up today and was in mental distress. She was following her boyfriend down the road in a fit of hysteria and then later grabbed two knives and threatened to harm herself. ERPD responded and based on her statements of wanting to harm herself was taken into protective custody and transported to Parkridge East.
4348 Ringgold Rd – Disorder – Sonic –
A customer was not happy about the interaction she had with an employee at Sonic on two separate occasions. On today’s visit she was having trouble with an app and came to complain in addition to her order. Employee refused to address the customers concerns and called police. Police were able to resolve the issue and the customer was allowed to come back.
3609 Ringgold Rd -Family Dollar – Theft –
An employee from the Family Dollar reported a W/F walked out of the store with two totes, that she did not pay for. The female dropped one tote while trying to get into her vehicle but was able to get away with the other tote. The employee brought the tote back inside the store and looked inside. The tote was filled with various items from the store that had not been paid for.
4011 Ringgold Rd – Marathon Gas Station -Assault –
Police were dispatched to the Marathon gas station regarding two males on the side of the building fighting. Upon police arrival, police spoke with both parties who agreed to separate. Neither party wanted to prosecute the other. Both parties were then allowed to leave.

August 06 – Night Shift
182.5 I 24 WB (Crashes/Leaving The Scene):
Police responded to a primary and secondary crash at this location. While police were en route witnesses stated a Hispanic male, who had been driving one of the crashed vehicles fled the scene. The party jumped the barrier wall, crossed east bound traffic, and fled into the wood line. Officers located bank statements and mail belonging to a Valasquez party living at 5401 Connell Ln. Officers were preparing to check the address when an officer in the area of Dunlap Ave and S. Seminole observed a Hispanic male with facial lacerations hiding beside a residence. The party fled at the sight of police and was not located. Police followed up with residents at 5401 Connell but no one admitted knowledge of the subject.
1015 S Seminole (Property Damage 20-010259):
Taylor M. was traveling north in the 1100 block of S Seminole when someone threw an object from a southbound vehicle. The object struck Taylor’s windshield shattering it. Property damage report on file.
300 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Evading 20-010261):
Officers attempted to stop a gold GMC/Chevrolet SUV for a traffic offense. The vehicle failed to stop, accelerated through the park and fled law enforcement. Per East Ridge Police Department Vehicle Operation Policy officers terminated all emergency equipment and did not pursue the suspect vehicle.
1611 Glowmont Dr Apt A (Disorder/Assault 20-010262):
A woman called reporting her ex-boyfriend, Brian Wolfe, was attempting to enter her residence. When officers arrived it was very apparent to officers she had been physically assaulted. The victim had massive bruising and marks on her arms and red marks on her neck. The victim stated Wolfe choked her to the point she momentarily lost consciousness. Warrants sought against Wolfe for Aggravated Assault (Domestic) and Driving While Suspended.
3300 Navajo Dr (Arrest 20-010):
Charssla Robinson was arrested for Driving While Revoked at this location. He was also found to have verified Hamilton County warrants.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Wellbeing Check 20-010268):
Parkridge East Hospital requested police check the area surrounding the hospital for Herbert R. The man came into the hospital highly intoxicated and bleeding from a severe laceration to his right hand. Officers located the man in the 6100 block of Sherwood Rd covered in blood. He was too intoxicated to speak clearly with police. He was transported by EMS to a hospital in Chattanooga.
Bennett Rd @ Eledge Rd (Traffic Stop:
Officers made contact with several parties who attempted to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop. The occupants apparently are affiliated with residents, in particular a Hispanic female in her teens, at 2115 Eledge Rd. One party was able to elude police. Other parties on scene stated his name was “Guy”.
600 Maple Ln (Burglary Attempt 20-010271):
The resident called police stating someone had once again attempted to burglarize his vehicles. He had captured video of the would-be intruder and was actively searching his neighborhood for him when police arrived. The suspect is white or a light skinned male who appeared to be wearing a gray sweatshirt and pants. He was unable to enter any of the resident’s vehicles or the residence.

August 07 – Day Shift
5213 State Line Road- Aggravated Burglary-
On arrival police contacted the victim. He advised he got up to go to his church when he discovered his garage door was ajar and his riding lawnmower was outside of the garage. Upon closer inspection he found an unknown suspect had entered his garage and took miscellaneous food from the refrigerator including steaks, pancakes, waffles, and soda. The suspect(s) also took two coolers, one blue Coleman and a red Igloo. Police did observe an opened pack of pancakes with a bite taken out of one of the pancakes. Also located behind the garage was a laundry basket filled with miscellaneous items from the garage. The victim advised the garage door was unintentionally left unlocked last night. He further stated he does have surveillance cameras; however, he was unable to observe the suspect.
5313 State Line Road- Open Door-
The caller advised the front door to the house was open and no one should be there. The property owner responded. No one was located inside.
409 Donaldson Road- Stolen Vehicle Recovery-
While on patrol police observed the Pontiac Grand Prix stolen from 6708 Ringgold on 8-4. The vehicle was unoccupied but witnesses at the scene provided information on the suspects. The vehicle was towed by East Ridge Auto, as the owner could not be reached.
840 Belvoir Crest Drive- AOA-
Officers assisted Chattanooga Police in attempting to locate a burglary suspect at this address. The suspect was not located.
6500 Ringgold Road (Tip Top)- Card Skimmer-
The caller located a credit card skimmer inside a gas pump at the business. There are no suspects. CID was notified.
3615 Bennett Road- Auto Theft-
The caller advised her 2010 Ford Focus was taken by an acquaintance while it was in the driveway. The keys had been left inside the vehicle. Charges are pending. The vehicle was bolo’ed.

August 07 – Night Shift
6701 Ringgold Rd / Found Property:
Police were notified about a large amount of ammunition which was found in the dumpster at this location. It appears to have belonged to someone and not a store due to its condition. There were also miscellaneous hunting items present with the ammunition. Property was placed into East Ridge Police Departments Property Room.
1417 St. Thomas St / Disorder:
Shamieka Hart called in upset wanting her boyfriend removed from her room after he refused to have relations with her. Police found Hart to have valid warrants through Hamilton County, she was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
2155 Duggan St/Fight:
Bryan Pair was arrested after he entered someone’s truck while a female passenger was inside the vehicle. The male party attempted to flee but was detained by the victim. Mr. Pair appeared to be under the influence and admitted to taking methamphetamine.
915 S Seminole Dr/Fight:
Police responded to a possible fight in the parking lot of the apartments. While police were on scene, they contacted a vehicle that had a strong odor of marijuana. During a pat down of the occupant’s, police located a stolen firearm and arrested Jamius Boyd with poss of heroin for resale.
915 S Seminole/Theft:
Police recovered a stolen firearm out of East Ridge at this location.
5418 Ringgold Road/D.U.I:
Mark Adkins was arrested for D.U.I following a traffic stop at this location.
6650 Ringgold Road / DUI:
Ethan Reed was arrested for DUI after police observed him run a red light, almost striking another vehicle.
5401 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
A juvenile male was arrested for simple possession and resisting arrest following a traffic stop.
500 Camp Jordan Pkwy / Traffic Stop:
Sermo Worbington was arrested for driving on suspended, financial responsibility, light law violation, speeding, and disorderly conduct after she refused to sign her citations and caused a disorder in the roadway.
