April 27 Day Shift
6700 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
A passing motorist observed a suspected homeless man walking with an orange or red tubular object affixed to the front of his pants. The subject was making obscene gestures towards traffic with the fixture. Police searched the area but could not find him. (No Number)
5301 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
The pharmacist at Walgreen’s, called police after a customer became irate with pharmacy staff and began making threats. At the pharmacist’s request the customer was trespassed from the property. (22-005852)

Night Shift
1114 Altamaha Street (Arrest 22-005879):
Police were dispatched to this location in response to a suspicious female entering the residence. On scene police encountered Leah Sergeant, who was uncooperative. Sergeant fled on foot but was taken into custody inside of the condemned residence. She was charged with Criminal Impersonation, Resisting Stop, Halt, Frisk, Criminal Trespass, and Evading Arrest.
4320 Bennett Rd (Assault 22-005876):
Police were called to Parkridge East ER by a parent who reported that her juvenile daughter was assaulted at East Ridge High School by another juvenile. Her daughter had a large knot on the side of her head. Police determined the identity of the other juvenile and spoke with her mother and her, who alleged the other juvenile was the primary aggressor. Charges will be pending on the second juvenile through JDU.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Disorder 22-005885):
Police were called to Budgetel after a female party spat on a male during a verbal altercation. Police spoke with offending party, who did admit she spat on the victim. She was issued a misdemeanor citation for Simple Assault.
2450 15th Ave (Warrant Service 22-005874):
Carlos Dickey was taken into custody on outstanding East Ridge warrants at this location.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (PI 22-00880):
Police arrested Patricia Roberts for being intoxicated in public after multiple calls were made to Budgetel security staff.
1410 Mack Smith (domestic assault 22-005894):
Police arrested Kevin Pearson for domestic assault after he assaulted his girlfriend in an alcohol infused disorder. While on scene police encountered and captured Wade Ortiz a fugitive wanted for multiple East Ridge warrants.
