The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the East Ridge Police Department.
April 11 Day Shift
22-005032- 707 South Germantown Road- Theft-
The caller advised someone had stolen items from Action Church. On arrival police contacted the pastor. He advised on 4/10/22 at 2006 hours a male driving a dark colored Dodge pick-up with a double axel trailer pulled into the church parking lot. The suspect is seen walking under the awning at the back of the church and returns with a garbage bag full of miscellaneous clothes valued at approximately $20. The suspect then took a level out of the truck and placed it near a storage container. The suspect is then seen walking back to the truck with a small army-style shovel valued at approximately $35. He placed the shovel in the back of the truck and left the area. The complainant advised the same vehicle and what appears to be the same suspect stole some items from the church on 3/28/22 at approximately 1651 hours, however it was not reported.
22-005020- 844 South Germantown Road- Alarm
Police responded to check the business. The building appeared to be secure.
22-005021- 3918 Bennett Road- Disorder
The caller advised a female was beating on the house windows trying to instigate a disorder. The female left the area prior to police arrival. A short time later police were called back to this address and advised Pamela Teague had entered the residence several times without permission. Police relocated to 411 Dunlap Avenue where Teague was arrested and charged with aggravated criminal trespass.
22-005022- 5080 South Terrace- Theft
The complainant called to report the theft of her vehicle’s catalytic converter. She advised sometime between 1030 and 1330 hours on 4-10-22 she and her family watched a movie. During this time an unknown suspect removed the catalytic converter. She obtained an estimate for repairs at $1,119.71.
22-005028- Warrant Service-
Sasha Carr was taken into custody at the ERPD service center on warrant numbers 123723 (Alias Capias Theft under $1000), and 123722(Alias Capias Theft over $10,000) and transported to the HC Jail.
22-005031- Warrant Service-
Dontae Goodner was served with warrant numbers 154485 (Forfeiture Capias-Unlawful Possession of Weapon), 154487 (Forfeiture Capias-Driving on Revoked DL), and 154486 (Forfeiture Capias-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia) at the HC Jail.

Night Shift
1416 Choate Road/Deceptive Practice (22-005036):
The complainant contacted police, stating he had been scammed by an unknown individual while attempting to rent the property at this location. Upon speaking with the victim, he stated he was texting a realtor named Steven about renting the residence at this location and paid the man with gift cards through text. After contacting the real estate company listed on the sign, they advised they never had an employee by that name and that he had been scammed. The victim sent the police the lease agreement and a report is on file for the incident.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant service 22-005053):
Police served an East Ridge arrest warrant on Antoine Samuel after officers encountered him.
5210 Weaver St. (Theft 22-005042):
Police took a theft report from this location. A package was delivered, and the owner never received it.
4338 Ringgold Rd (well-being check/FI 22-005044):
Police were sent to this location to check on a female panhandling with a small child. Police assisted the family in finding a solution, report on file.
22-005043- 3100 Bimini Place –Narcotics / Arrest-
Police conducted a traffic stop on a yellow Ford Focus driven by Jamal Goodman for a light law violation. An anonymous person advised police that he was distributing narcotics and was in possession of a firearm. When officers initiated a stop, the vehicle turned right into the Bimini Apartments and slow-rolled until he hit the dead end. Police gave lawful orders for Goodman to exit the vehicle and get on the ground. Goodman was taken into custody for simple possession, felony evading arrest, and possession of tattoo paraphernalia.
22-005055 – 400 block Donaldson Road – Domestic Assault / Arrest –
Police were dispatched to this location in regard to a domestic assault. Police met with the reporting party. She advised that she and her roommate got into an argument, and he threw her through a door. Police spoke with the other party, who advised she threw a glass at his face causing lacerations around his right eye. The reporting party was deemed the primary aggressor by police and taken into custody for domestic assault. Conditions of release were served.
3306 Castle Ave / Theft:
The complainant called police to report that his shed was broken into, and a floor jack and hedge clippers were stolen. He advised that he believes this occurred at around 2300 hours. There is no suspect information at this time. The complainant advised that he has cameras but nothing was captured because it was too dark. (22-005057)
6700 Ringgold Road/Drugs (22-005054)
Kelly Pittman was arrested for possession of meth for resale (3.5 grams) and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.
