August 05 – Day Shift
22-011019- 5310 Clemons Road- Theft-
The caller advised a patient reported a theft of $200 from his belongings. On scene police spoke with the caller and the patient and found the theft occurred yesterday. It is suspected a former employee may be responsible for the theft. Report on file.
22-011020- 1318 Laredo Avenue- Distress Alarm-
Police responded to check the residence. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.
22-011022- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Chattanooga police advised dispatch they had William Lockhart in custody, and he had active East Ridge warrants. Chattanooga transported Lockhart to Silverdale detention center for booking.

August 05 – Night Shift
6401 Ringgold Rd/ traffic stop/ misd. Citation (22-011045):
After conducting a traffic stop at this location Amanda Yarber was found to be in possession of legend drugs without a prescription.
3636 Ringgold Road, Food City / Assist Citizen-Lost Individual (22-011044):
A woman asked for assistance getting back to Harmony Oaks Recovery Center on 908 E. 14th Street, Chattanooga, TN 37408.
3300 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant (22-011049):
Jerry Leon Morris was arrested on an Alias/Capias warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
5301 Ringgold Road / Arrest-other (22-011051):
Police were called to Walgreens to check on a male party who was lying in the parking lot. When police arrived on scene, security advised the male had just gotten up and got into a vehicle. Contact was made with the male and he was identified as Allen Matthew Grover. Grover was arrested for public intoxication. A charge of retaliation for past action was added due to Grover making threats to kill officers upon his release from jail.

August 06 – Day Shift
22-011057- 4334 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Package-
The caller advised of a suspicious paper bag sitting at the front door of the bank. On scene the bag was checked and was found to contain food delivered by Grub Hub. The bag was disposed of at the scene.
22-011062- 5080 South Terrace- Theft-
The complainant called to report the theft of his vehicle’s catalytic converter. He advised the theft occurred sometime last night between 1900 and 2100 hours while he was in a movie. He realized the catalytic converter had been removed because his car was much louder than when he left it parked and locked. The victim has no suspect information. Police will check video footage at AMC for possible suspect information.

Darryn Smith was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.

6728 Ringgold Road, Camping World / Theft of Motor Vehicle-Recovery (22-009573):
Galveston Police Department located a Winnebago Motor Home that was reported stolen on July 7, 2022. Vehicle removed from NCIC.
6728 Ringgold Road, Camping World / Theft of Property (Motor Vehicle Accessories (22-010851):
Galveston, TX Police Department located a stolen license plate which was reported stolen on August 2, 2022. Registration plate was removed from NCIC.
941 Spring Creek Road, Parkridge East Hospital / Arrest-other (22-011089):
Michael Conner McRoberts was arrested for Public Intoxication after causing a disorder in the lobby of the Emergency Department.
6018 Graston Avenue, Apt B / Suspicious Activity (22-011093):
Police responded to this location after the residents located pieces of their ceiling on the floor. Police walked through the residence as well as checking the attic per request of the homeowners. No subjects were located at this time.
1453 Mack Smith Road, Fairfield Inn / Child Found (22-011095):
A 10-year-old child was found at the Fairfield Inn. He was returned to his mother who lives at the Budgetel Inn. A report was completed.
6514 Ringgold Road, MAPCO / Arrest-Warrant (22-011098):
Johnathan Morrell Walker was found to be in possession of crack for resale, methamphetamine for resale and marijuana following an encounter at Mapco. Walker was also arrested on a Failure to Appear warrant which was issued on April 29, 2022 and transported to Silverdale.
