The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports courtesy of the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
July 15 – Day Shift
619 Camp Jordan Pkwy (theft):
The proprietor reported the theft of approximately $5,000 from Lexor Nail Spa, when a customer picked up an envelope that had been misplaced. Police reviewed CCTV surveillance and observed the customer pick up the item and conceal it in her purse. Police attempted to contact the customer to ask her to return the money, but she did not answer the phone. A warrant for theft over $2,500 will be sought for the individual. (22-010027).
6510 Ringgold Rd (found property):
An employee with the motel reported finding multiple used syringes and other drug paraphernalia after cleaning a room that had been unoccupied for several days. The items were disposed of in the proper receptacles. (22-010036)

July 15 – Night Shift
4150 Monroe Street (Disorder 22-010055):
Police responded to a large disorder between multiple customers and employees at Walmart Market. Police were able to separate and calm the situation on scene.
4214 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 22-010064):
Sabrina Walker was served with an outstanding warrant for Alias Capias – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
5346 Bennett Road (Auto Theft 22-010069):
Police responded to a report of an auto theft at this location. The reporting party did not have any information to report the vehicle as stolen; however, the vehicle was located wrecked on Lakeview Drive in Catoosa County 30 minutes after the initial call. The vehicle was towed by Dean’s due to being undrivable.
6200 Ringgold Road (Miscellaneous Report 22-010048):
A county-wide bolo was issued for Bryan King, an aggravated assault suspect who had pointed a gun at the victim. ERPD observed the vehicle the suspect was thought to be traveling in. Police initiated a stop and detained the suspect and the weapon until CPD arrived on scene and took King into custody.
1502 McDonld Rd (Assault 22-010060):
Police were notified of an assault at this location. A male visiting a family member reportedly assaulted an employee of the Life Care Center.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (DUI 22-010070):
Police arrested Carlos Galindez for DUI, after he refused to yield to an emergency vehicle.

July 16 – Day Shift
3220 Gleason Dr. Shots Fired/ Burglary of Auto/ Property Damage-
Police were dispatched to the area of 3220 Gleason Dr. on a shot fired call. While en route, police received a burglary of auto call from another apartment. When police made contact with the victim, she stated she heard noises around 0300 outside but didn’t check on things until around 0600. She stated she came out to find multiple fire extinguishers discharged and items missing from her vehicle. She stated she witnessed an unknown male in all-black clothing loitering around. She stated he proceeded to get into a black car with tinted windows, possibly a Dodge Dart. She stated that he shot a gun out the window as he left the area. Another individual reported that her windshield had been broken, and fire extinguishers had been discharged all over her vehicle. Police checked the area for the vehicle and shell casing but did not locate either. (22-010073)
405 Donaldson Road Vehicle Recovery:
The resident stated she observed a strange vehicle in her drive which was not in her drive the evening prior at 2330 hours. NCIC confirms the vehicle was stolen in Bradley County on 07/15/2022 (22-010081)
5435 Ringgold Rd DUI:
Fransico De Fransico Andres was arrested for DUI and driving on a revoked license following a traffic stop at this location. 22-010080
3300 Ringgold Rd. Check Hazard-
18-wheeler attempting to go through tunnels- Driver was turned around and cited. (22-010086)
3636 Ringgold Rd. Food City Theft-
The complainant reported the theft of his catalytic converter from his 2011 Kia Sorento. CCTV footage shows a dark-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee with unknown Georgia plates parked next to it around 1310 hrs. and an unknown suspect on the ground between the vehicles. The vehicle appears to be a 2002 or so Jeep Grand Cherokee with tinted windows, 3-4-inch lift, dark wheels, rear hatch up, driver side brake light out, roof rack, and unknown Georgia tags. July 16 – Night Shift
600 Donaldson (Fail to Stop 22-010105):
Officers attempted to stop a black Acura MDX displaying a registration plate belonging to an Audi. The vehicle failed to stop and fled at a high rate of speed east on Gleason and then North on Germantown. Police ceased efforts to halt the vehicle per policy.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-010125):
Following a traffic stop, police detained Jennifer Pethick on a Collegedale arrest warrant. Collegedale responded and took custody of Pethick.
1410 Mack Smith Road (Suicide Threat 22-010124):
Police transported a man to Parkridge East after he made suicidal threats with a butcher knife at this location.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 22-007702):
Kyle Coburn was arrested on multiple East Ridge warrants.
