The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
June 20 Day Shift
22-008668- 6514 Ringgold Road- Overdose/Arrest-
The caller advised a male was in the store and appeared to be overdosing. On scene police located a male who was unsteady on his feet and failing to complete coherent sentences while speaking. The male appeared to be highly intoxicated and stated to police that he had recently ingested PCP. The male was uncooperative with EMS and refused to be evaluated. Police attempted to arrest the male for public intoxication at which time he fled from police running north from the Mapco crossing Ringgold Road. The male continued to evade police on foot when he fell behind the Waffle House and was captured. During a search of his person police located an empty pen containing a small amount of white powder. The male was identified as Michael Jamal Robinson. He was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication, Misdemeanor Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Robinson was transported to Parkridge East Hospital by Hamilton County EMS with PD riding in the ambulance as escort. During treatment at the hospital Robinson became combative with hospital staff and police threatening harmful action. While being combative the male assaulted the officer. The male was treated by Hospital staff and received a medical clearance. The male was then transported to Hamilton County Jail on all listed charges with no further issue. Total charges will be resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, assault on police, evading arrest, public intoxication
22-008664- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Intoxicated Person-
The caller advised of a male on the property acting strange. On scene police were advised the unknown male had already left the property. Police checked the surrounding area, but the male was not located.
22-008667- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Kevin Brumitt was transported to Silverdale and served an East Ridge warrant.
22-008672- 1500 block Prater Road- Indecent Exposure-
The complainant reported she could see her intoxicated neighbor next door on his back porch passed out naked. Once on scene police spoke with the complainant. She led police to her kitchen where they saw the neighbor on the back porch sitting in a chair unconscious and he did appear to be slightly naked. Police went to the neighbor’s house and woke him. The man appeared to be heavily intoxicated. He was asked to pull up his pants and he obliged, exposing his genitalia before doing so. He was warned about being naked outside and was advised to stay indoors.

Security at the Budgetel Inn called police to standby while a resident was served paperwork.
1503 McDonald Rd/ drug paraphernalia:
A woman at the Waverly Motel was cited for drug paraphernalia following a consensual encounter. (22-008716)
