The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports provided by the administration.
June 10 – Day Shift
22-008152- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Stolen Vehicle-
The complainant called back this morning and requested to see police. On scene police found the original report took place at 0002 hours on this date but the victim gave permission to the suspects to borrow the vehicle making the incident a civil matter. The suspects failed to return the vehicle in a reasonable time. Police entered the stolen vehicle in NCIC. The victim signed an auto theft affidavit choosing to prosecute the suspects if arrested.
22-008160- 3760 Ringgold Road- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown suspect stole copper wire from the vacant building in the Osborne Shopping Center. On scene police spoke with a contractor for the property. He advised he is frequently at the property doing renovations. On Tuesday of this week the power to the building was not working. After calling an electrician, it was determined the copper wire on the rear of the building had been cut and stolen. Originally, the quote for the single suite was over $1,000. However, it was determined the wire to two additional suites was also missing.
22-008168- 3121 Bimini Place- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a male was in the lot attempting to enter vehicles. On scene the male was reported to have run from the area when police were observed. Officers checked the surrounding neighborhoods, but the male was not located.
22-008170- 4061 Wiley Avenue- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a male driving a blue van was observed knocking on doors in the neighborhood. On scene police checked the area but the blue van was nowhere to be found.
22-008172- 1479 Mack Smith Road- Disorder-
The caller advised a male was yelling at an older male in the business. On scene the caller advised the male subject became agitated with the employee of the laundry facility for trying to talk to him. He departed from the laundry facility and walked to Tip Top Food Mart across the street then returned. Police engaged the male subject in conversation concerning what occurred. He appeared to be a mental health consumer who may have neglected to take his meds. He did not appear to be a threat to anyone or himself. The Coin Laundry Employee did not wish for him to leave since he had laundry in the washer. Police instructed him to refrain from causing a disorder again and he will be allowed to finish his wash.
22-008177- 125 Kingwood Drive- Domestic Disorder with a Weapon-
Roger Powers was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, resist stop, halt, frisk, and public intoxication following an altercation with his neighbor. He was transported to Silverdale.

6514 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant:
Michael Burns was arrested on an East Ridge Warrant at this location following suspicious activity at the Mapco. 22-007931
Prigmore Road at Clemons Road / Arrest-Drugs:
Following a traffic stop, Jake Stone Jr., was found to be in possession of 1.4 pounds of marijuana and a large amount of currency. 22-008189
6510 Ringgold Road/Assist other Agency-Warrant Service:
William Joyner was arrested on a child support warrant out of JDU during a suspicious activity behind the Stay Inn Express. 22-008192
1500 Keeble Street / Warrant service:
Melissa Hamilton was taken into custody on a Hamilton County warrant for assault. 22-008196
4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant:
Jerrquita Lleshea McMath was arrested on an East Ridge Warrant for Petition to Revoke on an Attempted Forgery. 22-008199
300 block Tanager Circle / Drug Overdose:
A man was found unresponsive in his bedroom. He was transported to Parkridge East. A report was filed on the incident. 22-008211

June 11 – Day Shift
22-008212- 5705 Ringgold Road-
Edwin Perez was arrested and charged with public intoxication following an altercation with the caller.
22-008215- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-
Lamont Johnson was detained on East Ridge warrants by CPD. He was picked up and transported to Silverdale.
22-008225- 700 block of Marley Way- Suspicious Activity-
The anonymous caller advised they observed several males with guns get out of a silver Dodge Charger and then get into a black Dodge Charger. The males then left the scene. Police checked the silver Charger but there was no evidence of wrongdoing. The black Charger was not located.

June 11 – Night Shift
1300 block John Ross / Arrest-Warrant/FI:
Mr. Christopher Middleton was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location after being found to have an active felony warrant out of Walker County for a probation violation. During a consent search, police observed a Sawzall with multiple blades in a backpack. Due to the high number of catalytic converter thefts an FI report was done for the incident along with the arrest.
3413 Missionaire Ave / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called to this location after a homeowner observed an unknown male walking from his yard. Police searched through the area but were unable to locate the male subject. He was observed to be a male wearing a red sweater. 22-008250
1410 Mack Smith Rd / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
Maultrie. Georgia Police Department recovered the stolen vehicle associated with this case number. 22-008152
482 McBrien Rd / Fugitive:
Police observed a suspicious vehicle behind At Home Decor. The driver, Shawna Baker, was placed under arrest after it was discovered she had a valid warrant through Wilson County.
