The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
June 8 Day Shift
4300 block Ringgold Road:
The victim contacted police stating she had been raped by a client at her job on June 1. The victim cleans homes and was assaulted by a homeowner who is the client of her employer. After notifying her employer of the assault the following day, her boss took her to the Rape Crisis Center. Due to fear and anxiety the victim did not contact police until today. CID was notified. 3416 Missionaire Avenue (suspicious person):
The resident was startled by a man who knocked on her door. The man, who lived a few blocks away, was there looking for a package that was mistakenly delivered to her address. The man was advised not to go searching around someone’s home without permission. (22-008083)
6710 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):
Donald Brewton was issued a criminal trespass warning for the Best Western property at the request of management. Brewton, a homeless man, was initially refusing to leave the property. (22-008067)
6105 Ringgold Road (disorder with weapon):
The manager of Popeye’s stated a female customer became upset over the wait, created a disorder in the store, and then went to her car and waved a gun around in the parking lot before driving away in a black car. The manager would not cooperate with police. (22-008078)

Night Shift
3623 Fountain Avenue (Unknown Trouble 22-008109):
Police responded to this location in reference to an unknown trouble and a possible fight. Upon arrival in the area, Officers located the parties involved who refused to cooperate. The parties were separated for the night.
4214 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 22-008113):
Andre Collier was served with four warrants for Forfeiture Capias – Poss of Sch II for resale, Poss of Sch VI for Resale, Poss of Methamphetamine for Resale, and Poss of Drug Paraphernalia while in custody at Silverdale Detention Center.
3500 Ringgold Road (Field Interview 22-0008111):
Police observed a male emerge from behind a closed business in the 3600 Block of Ringgold Road carrying a backpack and made contact with him. He was identified and checked for wants, which he had none. He consented to a search of his person and bag with nothing located. A Field Interview was completed after he stated he was staying at Cascades but had no reason for being behind the business or using it as a cut-through.
631 Camp Jordan Parkway (Unconscious Person22-008090):
Michael Henderson was arrested on Catoosa warrants after he was found to be passed out behind the steering wheel of his vehicle. Multiple callers stated he drove through the parking lot aggressively and then passed out. Henderson was not impaired.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant 22-008100):
Ruth Randolph was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for Criminal Impersonation.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant 22-008107):
Brian Lockhart was arrested on East Ridge warrants for Aggravated Domestic Assault and Theft over $1000.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant 22-008108):
Christian Robinette was arrested on an East Ridge warrant for Possession of Schedule ll.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Disorder 22-008105):
Security with the Budgetel called in stating a male was to not be on the property. When security confronted the male, the subject cursed him and swung a punch in his direction. The subject ran south on Mack Smith Rd. Police made contact with the subject, Steven Smith, at the Mapco. He had active warrants out of Hamilton County and was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Trespass Warning 22-008093):
Police were dispatched in reference to a disorder. Upon arrival, police spoke to the security guard who stated he denied entry to the property to Lashundra Trammell. She did not live on the property nor did she have a guest pass. The guard stated Trammell began yelling racial slurs at him and causing a disorder. Trammell stated she did get into a verbal argument with the guard because he denied her entry to the property to see her friend. As a result, Trammell was trespassed from returning to the property.
3715 Ringgold Rd (Public Intoxication22-008101):
Police arrested Dustin Hogan for public intoxication after he was observed to be impaired inside The Food City grocery store.
5459 Oakdale Ave (Noise Complaint/ Arrest 22-008106):
Officers were dispatched to this residence for a loud music complaint. Upon arrival officers knocked on the door and a party goer looked out the window and stated “oh no the police”. Approximately 25 people fled out the back door. Olyvia Valcarcel was arrested for multiple charges including assault on police for spitting on a police officer.
