April 19 Day Shift
1509 Tombras Avenue (miscellaneous):
Police responded to Pioneer Frontier playground for unattended juveniles causing problems on the playground. All parties were dispersed. (22-005457)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Kelly Dawson was arrested at Silverdale on an outstanding East Ridge warrant for driving on revoked and FTA. (22-005462)
700 block Frawley Road (suicide threats):
A VA patient made a comment to a VA administrator who believed the patient was alluding to suicide. Officers went to the residence and were able to speak to the subject who said it was not a threat, but a figure of speech as a result from being frustrated by the VA bureaucracy. (22-005419)
1100 Spring Creek Road (child abuse):
Officer spoke with principal about a classroom incident in which a 4th grader claims a teacher pulled her hair after she refused to remove her jacket hood. A CPS report was filed by school. (22-005451)
941 Spring Creek Road (vandalism):
The complainant reported an unknown subject keyed her vehicle producing a long scratch mark on the side of her 2021 black Kia Seltos, while it was parked overnight at this location. No suspect information at this time. (22-005452)

Laurel Conner was arrested on outstanding East Ridge warrant(s) (22-005482)
1410 Mack Smith Road child custody dispute/ Warrant service 22-005476):
Police were first called here to determine who had custody over a four-year-old child. Once on scene police determined who had custody over the child and police discovered John Smith to have several felony warrants from Hamilton County Criminal Court.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (warrant service 22-005486):
Police arrested Chiquita Twitty following a traffic stop at this location, for Hamilton County warrants.
700 block S. Germantown Rd (AOA/Warrant Service 22-005481):
Amber Brewer was taken into custody for Hamilton County and Collegedale warrants following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Rd. (Warrant Service 22-004516):
Anthony Jenkins was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute.
4214 Ringgold Rd. (Warrant Service 22-003005):
Michael Harrison was taken into custody for two outstanding warrants for Theft Over $2,500 and Driving While License Suspended.
3984 Ringgold Rd. (Arrest 22-005478):
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location and contacted the driver, Laurel Conner, who provided a name, date of birth, and social security number of another person. Conner was also in possession of oxycodone and drug paraphernalia. Police initially released Conner from the scene with citations written for the name Conner gave. Police discovered the impersonation during subsequent investigation and further discovered where Conner lived. Police responded to Conner’s residence and took her into custody for simple possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia, forgery, criminal impersonation, driving on revoked, and traffic offenses.
