April 4 Day Shift
1500 block Tombras Avenue (unruly juveniles):
Police were again called to the new Pioneer Playground by parents upset about older juveniles cursing and harassing smaller children. All unaccompanied minors were made to leave the playground. (22-004637)
4100 block Ringgold Road (fraud):
Smart Bank management contacted police concerning counterfeit checks passed by a subject. Warrants are being sought. (22-004617)
1500 block Keeble Street (domestic assault):
A man has been living under an apartment occupied by the mother of his children. The man started an argument with the children’s mother and then struck her in the head. Police reviewed camera footage of the assault and arrested the man for domestic assault. (22-004638)

Night Shift
900 block Spring Creek Road (Domestic Assault 22-004658):
Police were dispatched to the Labor & Delivery wing at Parkridge East on the report of a new father assaulting the child’s mother. The man left the scene prior to police arrival. Later he agreed to meet with police to provide a written statement, during which time he was taken into custody for Aggravated Domestic Assault and Child Endangerment.
100 block John Arnold Avenue (Recovered Property 22-004647):
Police were called to this location after a woman located a pistol magazine with 11 rounds in it in the yard. It was placed into property for safekeeping.
6500 block Ringgold Rd (22-004658 FI):
Police were called to this location due to the Reporting party saying someone was stalking and following her. Upon arrival the RP stated she doesn’t know who is following her, but she sees a gray car often and believes the gray car has been stalking her for years.
1400 block Mack Smith Road (criminal trespass 22-004645):
Melissa Burgess was criminally trespassed from this location after she was found dumpster diving on the property. Management request she be trespassed.
3600 block Ringgold Road (Misdemeanor Citation 22-004657):
A woman was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following an encounter with police outside of the Cascades Motel.
3600 block Ringgold Road (Misdemeanor Citation 22-004660):
A man was issued two misdemeanor citations. One citation for criminal simulation, and another for possession of drug paraphernalia following an encounter with police outside of the Cascades Motel.
3600 block Ringgold Road (Overdose 22-004659):
While on scene for a separate incident, Police were flagged down by a man who advised his girlfriend might be overdosing. Police made contact with the girlfriend who was awake and alert at the time. EMS was dispatched and cleared her.
3600 block Ringgold Road (Disorder 22-004652):
Police were dispatched to one of the rooms regarding a disorder. Once on scene, Police made contact with a woman who advised a male party entered her room claiming to be God. She stated the male assaulted her before leaving the motel and that he had control of her phones. Police did not observe any signs of a struggle and she was not injured. Police advised her to make sure her doors were locked for the evening.
800 block S. Seminole Dr. (Prowler 22-004670):
Police were dispatched to this address by a neighbor who stated he heard a loud noise and observed flashlights near the residence. Police checked the property and did not find anything to be out of place.
