Catholic Keeps on Rolling in Middle School Baseball

Catholic needed only three innings to put a 13-2 shellacking on the Bradley Knights, Tuesday in middle school baseball.

Jake Thomas was dominant on the mound for Catholic (10-2), allowing only one run on two hits.

Charlie Hunt’s second-inning grand slam would provide all the offense that Catholic would need. Cooper Campbell had a three-RBI day, while Parker Coode was a perfect 2-for-2 at the dish.

In terms of defense, centerfielder Cale Nausely doubled-up a Bradley baserunner at second after gathering in a high fly ball to center.
