March 18 – Day Shift
22-003758- 1410 Mack Smith Road- AOA-
The caller advised a male in the room appeared to be having drug induced heart problems. On scene police stood by while EMS handled the call.
22-003761- 3636 Ringgold Road- Auto Theft Recovery-
The caller advised her 1999 Toyota Corolla has been reported stolen in Marion County. She advised a friend called today and advised the car was observed at the above location. On scene police checked the vehicle and found it was not the stolen vehicle.

March 18 – Night Shift
1517 St Thomas / Suspicious activity:
Terri Horne was taken into custody on a Catoosa County probation violation warrant after police were called to check a vehicle sitting on the lot with the doors left open. (22-003798)
1508 Karwill Lane/Drugs (22-003793)
Brian Ownbey was arrested for possession of methamphetamine (1.7 grams).
4214 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service (22-003802)
Chrishanna Harper was arrested on a traffic stop by Hamilton County. East Ridge responded and transported her to the Jail on an East Ridge warrant for driving on suspended.
McBrien Road/State Line/Drugs:
Police stopped a vehicle in Catoosa County for a stop sign violation. Catoosa and ERPD located two grams of meth inside the vehicle, and Catoosa County took custody of the driver and passenger.
(22-003779) 1209 Greens Lake Road / Suspicious Activity:
Police were called to this location regarding a male party that was observed to be sitting on top of a church van. Upon arrival, police made contact with the juvenile party, who advised he lived in the area and usually went behind the church to listen to music. The juvenile was told not to get on the van and checked for outstanding petitions. A field interview report is on file for the encounter.
22-003789: 1512 Karwill Ln/Warrant Service:
Information was received regarding a wanted subject, Phillip Headrick, being at this residence. Officers responded to the residence and took Headrick into custody without incident.
5301 Ringgold Rd/ Deceptive practices (22-003787):
Police were dispatched to Walgreen’s after four subjects convinced the cashier to load prepaid debit cards with $3,524.65 without paying. After being confronted by another employee, the subjects fled in a black Tahoe and small passenger car.
1000 Spring Creek Rd/ Warrant service:
Blake Mondie was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of sessions during an encounter with police in front of Spring Creek Elementary.
4214 Ringgold Road/ warrant service (22-003810):
East Ridge warrants for failure to appear and driving while license suspended was confirmed for Kenneth Oliver. A hold was placed on him at the Jail.
5080 S Terrace/ indecent exposure (22-003794)
A male subject in a black Impala was said to be exposing himself. Police searched the area but did not locate the subject in question. The caller did not wish to meet with the police.

March 19 – Day Shift
22-003819- 951 McBrien Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the church. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.
22-003820- 3200 block Navajo Drive- Disorder-
Police were dispatched on a disorder with a weapon where the caller advised a man threatened her with a gun then disconnected. On scene no one would answer the door. Police were able to reestablish contact with the caller. She advised she has already left the scene and no longer needed police assistance.
22-003821- 6700 blk of Ringgold Road- FI-
While on patrol police observed a male on the side of the road near Trantham’s auto with two black eyes. Police contacted the male to inquire about his injuries. The male, prior to police asking questions, advised he was a Security Threat Group member. Based on his tattoos police asked if he was a member of the Ghost Face Gangsters to which he confirmed. However, the male said that he was no longer active with the group. Police inquired to the male’s injuries to which he stated he was involved in a fight while incarcerated at the Hamilton County Jail prior to his release two days ago. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way. He also stated he was currently homeless and had slept under the bridge the previous night. He advised he was attempting to make it to a friend’s residence in Catoosa County. A field interview was completed.
22-003822- 4320 Ringgold Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the school. On scene an unsecure door was found. Officers checked inside and nothing appeared to have been disturbed. County maintenance responded and secured the building.
22-003825- 5319 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller requested police respond due to a known shoplifter walking around the store. While enroute the caller advised the female shoplifter left the business with some unknown items and entered a gold Toyota. On scene the female was not located. A short time later police located the suspect vehicle in the lot of 3920 Ringgold Road and contacted the suspect, Carolyn Ray. She was trespassed from both locations. No stolen merchandise could be identified.
22-003831- 6900 Martha Avenue- Suspicious Vehicle/DUI-
The caller advised of a silver vehicle in the roadway with the driver unconscious. While enroute the caller advised the vehicle had left the area. A short time later dispatch advised of a traffic crash at 90 Frawley Road. The vehicle had left the roadway and struck a power pole 22-003832. On scene the male driver was obviously intoxicated. He was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license.
22-003833- 1410 Mack Smith Road- DOA-
A male subject was found dead today by motel management. He appeared to have overdosed. CID and the ME responded to process evidence. The body was transported to the forensics center.

March 19 – Night Shift
22-003850: 6514 Ringgold Rd/Narcotics Violation/Warrant service:
A consensual encounter was initiated with the occupants of a suspicious vehicle. Due to the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle, a search was conducted. Jacob Ray was found to have Roxicodone (4), meth (1g), and Heroin (1g) on his person. Jessica Traylor was found to have Gabapentin (2) in her possession. Both Ray and Traylor were issued misdemeanor citations. Emily Hickman was found to have warrants out of sessions and was subsequently taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.
5725 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet Aveo at this location for a light law violation. The driver abruptly stopped in the middle of the roadway. When police approached the vehicle and asked the driver to move out of the roadway into a parking lot, the driver became irate and suddenly and aggressively accelerated, narrowly missing running over the officer’s feet. The driver, identified as Derric Downs, was taken into custody for reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. (22-003848)
5800 block Wentworth Ave/ deceptive practices (22-003840):
The victim attempted to purchase a trailer from a private seller on Facebook Marketplace. The seller requested the victim pay with eBay gift cards. The victim sent the seller $1400 using the eBay gift cards. After doing so, the seller deleted their profile and has not had any contact with the victim.
5400 Altamaha St/ warrant service (22-003847):
Police contacted Zachery Hobrecht as he was walking down Altamaha Street. During the interaction, it was discovered he had a warrant out of sessions, and he was placed under arrest.
6514 Ringgold Rd/ warrant service (22-003853):
Police contacted Adam Timlinson at the Mapco. During the interaction, it was discovered he had had an active warrant through sessions, and he was arrested.
