March 11 – Day Shift
4209 Ringgold Road (sexual assault):
A juvenile female called police from Jack’s stating she needed a doctor. The juvenile, who was visibly impaired, claimed her boyfriend had drugged her and raped her in the restaurant bathroom. The juvenile’s mother was contacted, and the child was transported to TC Thompson’s Hospital for an exam. CID responded to the business. (22-00338)
6725 Ringgold Road (suspicious person):
Management arrived to open the Chattanooga Mercantile and found a homeless subject burning paper and other debris in the two porch fire boxes on display in front of the building. Police attempted to locate the subject who fled into the woods but could not find him. (22-003366)

March 11 – Night Shift
3400 block Gail Drive (Resisting/Narcotics Arrest 22-003411):
A traffic stop was conducted on a motorcyclist identified as Jamal Goodman. During contact with police he resisted being handcuffed, attempted to reach for a pistol in his waistband, and was Tased. He was charged with Possession of Schedule VI For Resale, Possession of Firearm During Dangerous Felony, Resisting Stop/Frisk/Halt/Arrest, and Simple Assault
4214 Ringgold Rd (Found Property 22-003396):
A debit card was found in the ATM machine at the SunTrust (Truist) bank located at 4323 Ringgold Rd. The debit card was placed into the East Ridge PD’s property room for safe keeping.
700 block McCallie Ave (FI 22-003419):
Police transported a female subject from the AMC movie theater to her home on the UTC campus. She had lost her keys somewhere in the movie theater.
4145 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-003392):
Ty Kiser was taken into custody on a Hamilton County warrant during a disorder call at this location.
6510 Ringgold Road (Arrest 22-003420):
Michael Martin was taken into custody at this location after being observed screaming at passing vehicles and being found to be under the influence of alcohol
3400 Ringgold Road (DUI 22-003604):
Colton Dobbins was arrested following a traffic stop at this location after being observed driving a vehicle with no headlights activated. Dobbins was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Resisting Stop/Frisk/Halt/Arrest, Driving While Suspended, Retaliation for Past Actions, and Light Law Violation

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Charles Moore was arrested on an active Hamilton County warrant for auto theft. (22-003446)
3222 Gleason Drive (auto theft recovery):
The owner of a Dodge Charger, reported stolen in Chattanooga ten days earlier, located her car at the apartment complex at this address. The car, which was involved in several shootings in Chattanooga, was removed from NCIC and taken to Amnicola Highway to be processed for evidence by CPD. (22-003449)
1510 Maxwell Road (vandalism):
The complainant, the delivery supervisor at the USPS, stated someone vandalized the locks of five different P.O. boxes. Complainant wasn’t sure if anything was stolen at this time. No suspect information available. (22-003433)
4150 Ringgold Road (miscellaneous):
Dispatch received a tip on a fifteen-year-old juvenile living out of a vehicle in the parking lot area of Wal-Mart. Police contacted the parties located in the vehicle. The child and the child’s father and stepmother were in the vehicle. The parents stated someone purchased the residence they were living in and then kicked them out. They have been staying in their vehicle for a week now. CPS was contacted. Action Church and Earl Wilson were able to provide a room at a hotel for a week and gathered some food for the family. Ke Asia Shropshire was served with an East Ridge arrest warrant at Silverdale Detention Center.
6200 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-003470):
Gerald Watkins was served an East Ridge arrest warrant during a traffic stop at this location.
723 Fountain Ave (Evading 22-003473):
Oritiz Wade fled a traffic stop but not before giving officers his driver’s license. Warrants will be sought for his arrest.
3725 Fountain Avenue (Disorder 22-003457):
Antonio P. called 911 for police assistance retrieving his phone and cigarettes from his girlfriend Jasmine B. The woman returned the phone and Antonio was advised to stop calling 911 for non-emergency related issues. He was educated on improper use of 911.
3500 Ringgold Road (DUI 22-003471):
James Vicente was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.
300 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Arrest 22-003462):
An unidentified female was taken into custody for driving without a license and failing to maintain lane during a traffic stop at this location.

William Harrison was taken into custody on an East Ridge warrant for Probationary Capias (Possession of Meth) following a traffic stop at this location.
1700 block Tombras Avenue (DUI 22-003530):
Neri Rodriguez Maciel was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.
1700 block Tombras Avenue (Public Intoxication 22-003531):
The very intoxicated passenger from the above traffic stop identified as Oscar Maciel was unable to find a ride, therefore he was arrested for Public Intoxication.
182 I 24W (DUI 22-003538):
Philip Lamar Byrd was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
5603 Ringgold Road (Robbery of Person 22-003516):
Police responded to a Robbery From a Person at this address and made contact with a juvenile victim. Officers searched the area for three male juvenile suspects. Warrants pending the identification of the suspects.
4214 Ringgold Road (Warrant Service 22-002501):
Tommy Colvin was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on East Ridge Warrants for Stalking and Extortion.
5080 S Terrace (Arrest 22-003526):
Lee Pendergrass was transported to Silverdale on Hamilton County warrants after officers observed him “thrifting” in the Goodwill dumpster located approximately 100 feet inside the city limits of Chattanooga.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-003519):
Robin Sutton was arrested on an East Ridge arrest warrant for forgery after encountering police.
3900 Ringgold Road (Traffic Stop/Misdemeanor Citation 22-003529):
J’Anthony Bradley and Noah Holloway were issued misdemeanor citations for Simple Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of a firearm during a traffic stop at this location.
