March 1 Day Shift
22-002832- 6513 Ringgold Road- Disorder-
The caller advised a female in the business was refusing to leave. On scene police spoke with the female. While speaking with her she requested an ambulance. She was transported to the hospital.
22-002837- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway- Disorder-
The caller advised a female was in the lot looking into cars. On scene police spoke with the female. She advised her name was Samantha S. Officers felt she was possibly lying about her name. Police located some mail in the woman’s possession with another name on the documents. This is most likely her real name. A report was filed.

Night Shift
941 Spring Creek Rd/Narcotics Violation (22-002864):
Police were called to Parkridge East Hospital after a patient was found to be in possession of narcotics and paraphernalia. Upon arrival, police observed paraphernalia on the front desk counter in biohazard bags. Police spoke with the owner of the paraphernalia, who told police she had needles and heroin in her property. She was found to be in possession of four grams of heroin, two Roxycodone pills, and paraphernalia. Warrants were taken out for her and hospital staff was advised to notify police when she leaves the hospital. The hospital staff advised that she would be in the hospital for approximately two days.
1410 Mack Smith Rd/Disorder (22-002857):
Police were called to the Budgetel Inn after security stated a male subject wanted to fight them after being told to get a guest pass. Upon arrival, Budgetel security told police a male got out of a black Chrysler 200 and went into the guard shack trying to start a physical altercation. Police located the suspect vehicle at the VP Fuel gas station. Police made contact with Michael Jones and a woman. Both parties were checked for warrants and released. Budgetel Staff advised they wanted Jones trespassed from the property. Jones understood the trespass warning and left the area.
1410 Mack Smith Rd/Found Child (22-002862):
Budgetel security called police and stated a small child was found running in a field behind their guard. Upon arrival, Budgetel security stated they lost the child after attempting to find a custodial parent. Police located the child in the parking lot of Portofino’s and brought the child back to the Budgetel Inn. The child was observed to be wearing no shirt, no shoes, and only had gray sweatpants on. Two female parties, who were both sisters of the child, were observed to be roaming around the Budgetel parking lot attempting to locate the child. EMS was called to the scene to assess the small child for any injuries after running through multiple parking lots and a field. The custodial parent of the child was at the laundry mat while the female parties were watching the child. The parent responded to the scene to take custody of the child.
6800 block Village Lake Circle/Animal Call (22-002851):
Police were called by the daughter of a woman after a dog bit her mother at this location. The woman was transported to Erlanger East Hospital by a neighbor for the dog bite. Police went to Erlanger East Hospital and spoke with her. She was observed to be suffering from a large laceration on her left arm which required multiple stitches. Animal Services was notified of the incident, and a report is on file.
4348 Ringgold Road- Disorder with a weapon-
Police responded to Checkers in reference to a subject threatening staff with a handgun. After police arrived, they made contact with Michael Kimbrel and detained him. After an investigation, it was determined Kimbrel had retrieved a handgun and returned to the window while threatening staff. Kimbrel was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Carry and served with an outstanding East Ridge Warrant. 22-002861
Ringgold Road at San Hsi- Traffic stop/simple possession-
Traffic stop was conducted, at which point the driver, Cathey Gass, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was issued a misdemeanor citation. 22-002869
