The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Feb. 24 Day Shift
22-002599- 201 Eads Street- Traumatic Injury/AOA/Narcotics Violation-
Police were initially dispatched on a suicide attempt. While en route the caller advised a 28-year-old male at this address was suffering an accidental laceration to the chest. On scene Fire and EMS handled the call. The patient was transported to Erlanger. Additionally, while police were on scene several narcotics violations were observed. Potential charges are pending further investigation.
22-002600- 3636 Ringgold Road- Auto Theft-
The caller advised sometime during the night and unknown suspect took a Ford F-250 work truck. On arrival, police spoke to Robert Gray, an employee of Young Electric. He advised when the crew arrived at work this morning, their 2009 Ford F250 pickup truck was no longer parked on the worksite. The truck contained various sizes of PVC pipe (ranging from 1 inch to 4 inches in diameter, valued at two thousand dollars ($2000)). Gray received a GPS notification that the truck was taken from the worksite at 2341 hours on the night of February 23, 2022. The truck departed the worksite driven by an unknown suspect. The truck was parked for two minutes behind the Food Lion Grocery Store located at 4340 Ringgold Road. The GPS tracking device was unplugged from the vehicle at 2354 hours. the last direction of travel provided by the tracking device showed the truck traveling southbound around 493 Highway 41 heading into Georgia. The tracking ceased at that time. The truck was parked overnight at the worksite with the gates closed. The entrance gates to the site where the truck parked were not secured. The vehicle was entered in NCIC.
22-002604- 4334 Ringgold Road- Citizen Assist-
The caller advised her vehicle ran out of gas while she was in the bank drive through. On scene officers assisted the caller with getting gas for her vehicle.
22-002605- 6215 Dayton Boulevard- Warrant Service-
Charles Robertson was arrested and transported to Silverdale on an East Ridge warrant.
22-002611- 5510 Ringgold Road- Auto Theft-
The caller advised an unknown male took his Dodge Durango. On scene police spoke to a man who was selling the truck for the owner. The man advised he was attempting to sell the truck to someone he met on Facebook messenger and wanted to meet him at his father’s house on Sunnyfield Lane in East Ridge. The man and the suspect went to O’Reilly’s in the vehicle to see about the check engine light being on. The man went inside the store to speak with the staff about checking the car and the suspect got into the driver’s seat and fled the area at a high rate of speed by traveling west on Ringgold Road. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. A possible suspect was located. Warrants are pending further investigation.
22-002612- 5700 Roper Street- Mail Theft-
The caller advised a male stole all the resident mail from the mailboxes. On scene police spoke with the reporting party. He advised he witnessed a male around 5’10’’ and weighing around 240 with a shaved head, dark blue shirt, and blue jeans going through the community outgoing mail at this location. The RP stated when the unknown male party saw him in the area he quickly grabbed up all the mail and fled the scene in a dark Nissan SUV. The RP stated it may have been a Murano. The tag on the vehicle was recorded by the RP as GA-RXJ-0338. Management of the apartment complex was made aware and given a complaint number to pass on to any tenants who may realize their mail was taken.
22-002613- 100 block Kingwood Drive- Domestic Assault-
On arrival, police spoke to the victim who stated that her husband struck her and fled the scene through the back door of the residence. The responding officer informed other officers of the direction of travel and the description of the fleeing suspect. Police located the husband running up a hill through a wooded area behind the Stop N Go Market on Ringgold Road. Officers confronted him and he tried to evade by running up the hill until officers commanded him to stop or be tased. He then complied. Police determined he was the primary aggressor and placed him into custody. Police transported him to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale and served him with Conditions of Release.
22-002615- 6215 Dayton Boulevard- Warrant Service-
Pascual Escobar-Loarca was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge probation capias petition to revoke warrant for DUI. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Hamilton County Jail.

Night Shift
623 Camp Jordan Parkway/Warrant Service (22-002636)
Stacey Ball was arrested on two Hamilton County warrants after police observed her walking around the Hampton Inn in the back parking lot.
1122 Altamaha St. / Residential Burglary:
The victim returned to her residence to find her belongings were gone through by an unknown suspect. Police walked through the residence with the woman and observed each drawer throughout the residence to be open. The vitamins and medication were moved to a different location in the house from where she normally keeps them. The victim could not provide any suspect information. Upon speaking to the neighbor, everyone advised that they did not see anything out of the ordinary. The woman told police she did not see any items missing from her residence. She was provided with a complaint number and told to call the police if she noticed any belongings missing from her residence.
300 Camp Jordan Parkway / Crash-Water Rescue:
A motorist drove past a sign warning of water on the roadway. The motorist’s vehicle stalled in the water. ERFD rescued her from the flooded vehicle. 22-002620
Ringgold Road @ Mack Smith Road / Crash-DUI:
Anthony L. Shrader ran a red light and hit a vehicle crossing at the intersection. Shader was arrested for DUI. 22-002630
February 25 – Day Shift
5301 Ringgold Road (miscellaneous):
An eighty-seven-year-old, was found to be confused and talking bizarrely during a traffic stop. His son was called to pick up his father and take him home. (22-002653)
2017 McBrien Road (wellbeing check):
Don McNeal, who is currently in a nursing home, has been unable to contact his wife. Police made contact with Roselyn McNeal who stated her phone had recently been turned off. (22-002641)
201 Eads Street (runaway):
A juvenile ran away from this address and was entered into NCIC. (22-003693)

February 25 – Night Shift
3315 Frawley St (Shots Fired 22-002683):
Police responded to reports of multiple people fighting in the street. A reporting party stated they heard a single gunshot. Officers did not locate anyone upon arrival.
5317 Ringgold Rd (Vandalism 22-002684):
Officers were dispatched to a glass break alarm at Auto Zone. When police arrived they observed the front door shattered and a large rock on the floor just inside the door. The Auto Zone on Brainerd Rd was also vandalized during the night in similar fashion.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant 22-002671):
Amber Santora arrested on East Ridge warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia (capias).
McBrien Rd/Connell St (Shots Fired 22-002673):
Reporting party called in stating they heard what appeared to be two gunshots. Police checked the area, nothing located.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Medical 22-002678):
A woman was dropped off at Parkridge East by someone unknown as she was overdosing. She stated she remembered snorting roxies in the back of Brew and Cue in Chattanooga. CPD was notified and worked the overdose.
6503 Slater Rd (alarm 22-0992680):
Police responded to an alarm at this address, located an open front window and cracked front door. The building is recently vacant. Officers did not locate anything damaged or out of place.
1043 Kibbler Circle (Citizen Assist 22-002664):
Police were requested to stand by while a former squatter retrieved her belongings from inside this residence. She did not arrive.
6600 Ringgold Road (Arrest 22-002681):
Jennifer Kellman was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location
1217 South Seminole Drive (DUI Arrest 22-002676):
Brit Baugh was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.
1500 Springvale Road (Traffic Stop/Arrest 22-002682):
Brian Frederick was taken into custody for Possession of a Schedule II/Cocaine following a traffic stop at this location.
