The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Feb. 9 Day Shift
22-001840- 5517 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person/Criminal Trespass Warning-
The caller advised of two homeless people loitering in the business. On scene police encountered a man and a woman. They were checked for warrants and sent on their way. A criminal trespass warning was issued.
22-001841- Warrant Service-
Fredrick Walker was served with an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
21-009927- Warrant Service-
Samantha Leamon was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.
22-001843- 5901 Saint James Avenue- Unknown Trouble-
The unknown caller advised someone had attempted to take his phone. Per dispatch the caller became increasingly agitated and uncooperative during the call. He advised he no longer needed police assistance and canceled the response.
22-001846- 1417 Saint Thomas Street #116- Unwanted Person-
Management called advising the female in this room was refusing to open the door. On scene police stood by while management told her to leave. the female left without incident.
22-001847- 3600 Fountain Avenue- Suspicious Vehicle Delayed-
Police spoke with Joshua Turner. He advised he observed a Black Nissan Altima with TN tag 00AJ35 backed into the driveway of his neighbor’s residence located at 3600 Fountain Avenue. Turner stated his neighbors recently moved to the residence and were not home at the time. Turner observed a male wearing black jeans and a black hoodie walk around the side of the residence before returning to the vehicle and leaving. Turner stated the male party appeared to have been looking for something on the ground. A short time later, Turner observed the same vehicle near Ida Belle Lane slowly driving in front of a home with flashers on. Turner stated at this point he turned around and observed the vehicle parked on the side of the road on Ida Belle Lane and the male party was walking on the sidewalk looking at the ground as if to be searching for something.
22-001849- 1410 Mack Smith Road- Disorder-
The caller advised a blue Mitsubishi with four male occupants threatened to kill him then left the lot. On scene officers checked the area with nothing located.

Night Shift
22-001872 – San Hsi & Ringgold Road / Evading:
Police attempted to make a traffic stop on a maroon dodge charger which was observed being driven with the bright lights on. The vehicle fled from police at a high rate of speed north on Spring Creek Road into Chattanooga. Police disengaged.
22-001868 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Douglas Daugherty was arrested by Chattanooga PD on an East Ridge warrant for violation of probation.
22-001861 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:
Thomas Ervin was arrested on an East Ridge warrant by Chattanooga PD for Violation of Probation.
22-001864 / 1410 Mack Smith Road / Arrest –
Cynthia Hickman was arrested for misuse of 911 after calling dispatch three times telling them about how she survived a hurricane. She’s tired of being run over, and someone was being killed on the floor above her, and about Black History Month. She was transported to Silverdale Detention Center in a very intoxicated state.
22-001866 6642 Ringgold Rd. / Consensual Encounter:
David Sisson and Megan Skates were arrested on outstanding warrants.
22-001874 623 Camp Jordan Pkwy. / Suspicious Activity:
Hollie Martin and Caitlyn Burke were charged with multiple drug charges following an encounter with police at the Hampton Inn.
