5731 Scott Street (assist Codes): & 1135 McBrien/ Codes:
Officers escorted Codes Enforcement employees to this address for an inspection. (22-001798)
1135 McBrien Road (assist Codes):
Officers escorted Codes Enforcement employees to a homeless encampment located in the wooded area behind this address. (22-001798)
948 Spring Creek Road (fraud):
The owner of Mr. Zip reported receiving several bad checks at his store.(22-001808, 22-001809)
3725 Fountain Avenue (domestic assault):
A concerned family member reported a member of their family had been assaulted by her live-in boyfriend. Police made contact with the victim, who presented several facial injuries from the previous evening. The suspect was not on scene at the time, but a warrant was obtained for his arrest. (22-001796)
1301 Greens Lake Road (suspicious person):
Police found Deliana Kroll asleep in her vehicle. Kroll was arrested for public intoxication, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and altered temp tag. (22-001800)
1031 S. Seminole Drive (domestic assault):
Brandon Beene was arrested for domestic assault and Whitney Pickett was cited for possession. (22-001793)

Night Shift
4338 Ringgold Rd (Disorder/Attempted Theft 22-01825):
Employees at Food Lion reported an unknown male party attempted to steal drinks from the store then got into a disorder with a female party in the parking lot. The couple then left in an older minivan on McBrien Road. Police did not locate the vehicle
4309 Bennett Rd (Miscellaneous 22-001829):
A concerned citizen called in regarding a green SUV speeding through the neighborhood.
613 Marlboro Ave (Arrest 22-001835):
Officers responded to this address for a disorder because Jasper Kroll was on scene after being trespassed. Police had to force entry into a room upstairs and found Kroll hiding under a large pile of clothes. He was arrested for evading arrest and violation of conditions of release.
3623 Fountain Avenue (Arrest 22-001833):
Dylan Wilson was taken into custody for DUI, possession of a handgun while intoxicated, and violation of the open container law. Wilson also received multiple traffic citations.
1517 Tombras Ave (Warrant Service 22-001818):
Randy Aikman was taken into custody on an outstanding East Ridge warrant at city court.
1517 Tombras Ave (Miscellaneous 22-001839):
While awaiting transport back to jail from city court, several inmates were overheard by officers and court staff discussing using and possessing prohibited weapons while in custody. All inmates were searched prior to transport back to jail and no such contraband was located.
3920 Ringgold Rd (Shoplifting 22-001824):
Dollar General staff called regarding a male who shoplifted from the store. Police made contact with the male, Willie Powers, at the Stop-N-Save at 3918 Ringgold Road and discovered him to have taken five bottles of laundry detergent. Dollar General staff did not wish to press charges but wanted him trespassed from the store. Powers was informed that he was trespassed.
6504 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health 22-001828):
Baskin Robbins staff called regarding a male experiencing a mental health crisis. Police made contact with the male and ultimately transported him to Parkridge East for evaluation.
1417 St Thomas St (Welfare Check 22-001836):
Police responded to a call from an intoxicated female saying she needed help but could not state why she needed help. Police spoke with a female subject who was found to be intoxicated and emotionally distraught. She stated she was upset because her boyfriend was cheating on her and took her money but that she did not wish to harm herself or others. She was advised to go to sleep for the night.
