The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
February 06 – Day Shift
22-001717- 1410 Mack Smith Road- AOA/Stolen Vehicle Recovery-
At the request of Catoosa County police checked the lot of Budgetel for a stolen Jeep Cherokee. Officers located the vehicle with a parking tag associated with a specific room. When police checked the room, no one would answer the door. Per Catoosa the vehicle was towed by Broomes.
22-001721- 4323 Esterbrook Drive- Disorder-
The caller advised her son, Arterrius Harris, was refusing to leave her residence. On scene police spoke to Harris and his mother. During the investigation Harris was found to have an extraditable warrant out of Fort Oglethorpe. He was transported to Silverdale.
22-001723- 5700 block Scott Street- Wellbeing Check/Suspected Child Abuse-
At the request of Child Protective Services police responded to check on a minor child. It was reported the mother and her husband were meth users and neglectful of the child. After several trips to the residence CPS responded and removed the child.
22-001728- 4323 Ringgold Road- Alarm x2-
Police responded to check the business twice. Both times it checked secure.
22-001729- 4340 Ringgold Road- Alarm x2-

22-001730- 5346 Oakdale Avenue- Disorder-
The caller advised several teen boys were throwing items at passing cars. On scene police located the boys and advised them to stop throwing things at cars.

February 06 – Night Shift
1417 St Thomas St / Drug Possession:
Officers observed a suspicious vehicle with improper registration. Contact was made with the driver, Dominick Cotton, who was found to have MDMA on his person. 22-001745
3715 Ringgold Road / Traffic Complaint-Citation:
A 17-year-old juvenile was issued a traffic citation for reckless driving following doing donuts in the parking lot during normal business hours. He and Austin Escobar were issued a criminal trespass warning from Food City. Field interview on file. 22-001739
664 Camp Jordan Parkway / Arrest-Traffic:
A traffic stop was conducted at this location. A search of the vehicle was conducted and located marijuana consistent for resale along with a stolen pistol. 22-001738
6701 Ringgold Road and 6514 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity:
On Saturday morning police received a call about a person shot at the Mapco. Police did not locate any persons. Tonight, another caller called in stating that a person was possibly shot at the Shell Station. No persons were found again.
951 McBrien Road/Drugs for resale:
Tammy Anthony was arrested for Possession of fentanyl and crack cocaine for resale at this location during a traffic stop. 22-001740
5518 Oakdale Ave/Field Interview:
Three juveniles were stopped while driving around after borrowing their mom’s car. The juveniles were detained and picked up by family members. 22-001747
