Jan. 19 Day Shift
2111 Eledge Road (auto theft)
The complainant reported her dark gray 2014 Kia Optima (bearing TN Tag# 3G89M4) stolen from her driveway while it was warming up this morning. According to the victim, an unknown suspect stole her vehicle sometime between 0716 and 0732hrs and left in an unknown direction. The vehicle has “Savannah” and “Cat Mom” stickers on the rear windshield and had a black .380 handgun in the console. Vehicle was entered into NCIC. (22-000841)
421 Frawley Road (suspicious person)
A motorist called to report a subject walking in the middle of Frawley Road attempting to stop cars. Police made contact with the subject who appeared to be a mental health consumer. The subject agreed to stay out of the road and was allowed to continue walking. (22-000858)
4145 Ringgold Road (auto theft recovery)
A juvenile was arrested at this location running from the Subaru Outback he stole in Chattanooga. (22-000853)

Night Shift
6408 Ringgold Rd(Theft/DUI Arrest 22-000871)
Jessica Isbill was arrested following a theft call at the Chattanooga Mercantile. She fled the scene when approached by store staff. Officers located her traveling west on Ringgold Rd. She was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a large amount of stolen merchandise.
623 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Suspicious Activity 22-000878)
Officers responded to reports of a male subject walking in the Hampton Inn parking lot threatening to slash tires. The party was not located by police.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-000874)
Dominique Harper was booked at Hamilton County Jail for an East Ridge warrant for Alias Capias (Driving on Revoked).
600 Camp Jordan Pkwy (DUI Arrest 22-000877)
Stephen Howard was arrested for DUI 2nd after he drove the wrong way on Camp Jordan Pkwy and stopped in the middle of the roadway.
6401 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-000896)
Jeffrey Foster was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine during a traffic stop. Foster was also found to have active warrants for promoting prostitution through Hamilton County.
I75 South MM1 (DUI Crash Arrest 22-000888)
Following a crash investigation Courtney Dye was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Edward Belt was taken into custody on East Ridge warrants.
4316 Duval St (Vandalism 22-000887)
The resident called to report that an unknown person had thrown a cinder block through her front window. The resident could only tell police that she observed a newer model Ford sedan leaving the scene immediately after the incident. No suspect information is available.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Stolen Vehicle Recovery 22-000841)
Chattanooga police recovered a grey Kia Optima reported stolen from East Ridge earlier this date. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and the owner was notified.
941 Spring Creek Road (Shots Fired 22-000880)
Police were dispatched to the area in reference to a single gunshot being fired and a male running near a silver passenger car before being chased out of the area by a silver SUV. On scene police conducted a traffic stop on a silver Honda Pilot that was determined to not be involved. Nothing else was located.
4214 Ringgold Road ( Stolen Vehicle Recovery 22-000626)
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office recovered a vehicle that had been reported stolen from East Ridge. Michael McBryar was found to be in possession of the vehicle and arrested. Vehicle was cleared from NCIC and the owner was notified.
6600 Ringgold Road (Arrests 22-000886)
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location and encountered Timothy Cottom and Kera Williams. Both subjects were taken into custody for outstanding warrants through Catoosa County and Cottom was charged with possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
