January 06 – Day Shift
5331 Matthews Drive (found property)
A maintenance worker called police after finding five and a half pounds of packaged marijuana in an apartment recently vacated by a tenant. (22-000256)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service)
Ricky Halfacre was arrested on East Ridge warrants and transported to Silverdale. (22-000263)

January 06 – Night Shift
6404 Ringgold Rd (Pursuit/Arrests 21-000283)
Police received information through dispatch the driver of a white Ford F150 had cut-off a driver and run several others off the roadway. Officers observed the described vehicle enter the drive-thru of Burger King. A registration check revealed the truck was stolen out of Chattanooga a couple of hours prior. A traffic stop was initiated in the parking lot. The driver swerved the truck head-on at police and fled onto Ringgold Road nearly striking another motorist. The driver narrowly missed several other motorists on Ringgold Road as he travelled westbound in the eastbound travel lanes. The suspect also directed the truck toward several police vehicles and officers as he fled. The driver and occupants were apprehended in the area of Rossville Blvd and Workman Rd. with the assistance of HCSO, THP and CPD. The driver and front seat occupants were 15-year-old juveniles. The rear seat occupant was an 11-year-old juvenile. The driver is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, evading arrest by motor vehicle, aggravated assault on police (X4), resisting arrest, speeding, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and unlawful possession of a firearm. The front seat passenger was charged with evading on foot, resisting arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm. Charges are pending on the 11-year-old.
718 Bacon Trail (Deceptive Practice 22-000279)
Police responded to 718 Bacon Trail regarding a call for deceptive practice. The resident told police she was attempting to activate her Amazon Alexa when she called an unknown male who advised her to put $300 onto Ebay gift cards. The unknown male never provided a name or service for which he was providing. While at the Walgreens at 5301 Ringgold Road the employees told the complainant the call was more than likely a scam call. A report is on file for the incident.
3507 Ringgold Rd (Theft 22-000276)
Two unknown male subjects stole the tip jar from Go Gyro Go restaurant. Police checked the area but did not locate the suspects.
6700 Ringgold Rd (Trespass 22-000290)
Todd Serre was issued a trespass warning from the Quality Inn after a call about him loitering inside the business for several days. He was trespassed from Waffle House shortly after this incident.

January 07 – Day Shift
22-000296- 639 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person
The caller advised an older male was loitering in the business. On scene police spoke with the homeless male Todd Serre. He left the business without incident.
22-000298- 1305 Boyd Street- Property Damage
The resident called to report damage to his vehicle. He advised sometime between the hours of 0800-0900 this date someone damaged the front bumper on his 2008 BMW that was parked outside his residence. There is no suspect information.
22-000299- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Suspicious Person
The caller advised a male was sitting on a bench in the camping section of the business. On scene Todd Serre was observed and advised to leave the business.
22-000301- 490 Camp Jordan Parkway- Suspicious Person/Trespass Warning
While on patrol officers were approached on the lot of Top Golf by the complainant. He stated there was a suspicious male, later identified as Todd Serre, trespassing on the property. The complainant requested that Serre be given a notice of criminal trespass and be removed from the property. Contact was made with Serre and he was advised that he was trespassed from the property to which he stated he understood and would leave. Serre left the area without further incident.

January 07 – Night Shift
22-000321 3400 block Lisa Drive / Disorder / Arrest
Katlyn Granger was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, and assault on police following a call at this location and biting a responding officer. Granger was transported to the Hamilton County Jail. Report on file.
22-00326 100 block Kingwood Cir. / Disorder / AOA
Kathleen Cook was arrested on an active warrant from Catoosa County, Ga, following a disorder call at this location.
22-00331 / 3700 Fountain Avenue- Stolen Vehicle Recovery
Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Fountain Avenue for a broken-down auto. Police arrived on the scene and ran the tag (TN- 7Z8-6G2), which was confirmed to be stolen out of Chattanooga on 1/7/22. Police had the vehicle towed and removed from NCIC.
(22-000329) 125 Kingwood Dr./ Criminal Trespass arrest
Roger Powers was arrested for criminal trespass.
(22-000330) 1043 Hibler Circle / Stolen Vehicle Recovery / Arrest
Kenneth Blount was arrested following a burglary call at this location, and police located a stolen vehicle in the driveway.
