December 30 – Day Shift
21-018783- 100 I-75 South- Road Rage/Assault
The caller advised she had been assaulted and left on the side of the interstate. Officers discovered that the woman was involved in a road rage incident with a white GMC Yukon on I-24 in Chattanooga. She advised the other driver got in front of her and slowed down until they both pulled onto the shoulder at the incident location. Both occupants exited their vehicle and began to argue. The woman advised when she took a picture of the suspect’s registration plate, he punched her in the face with a closed fist, then picked her up and body slammed her before leaving the scene. The woman described the suspect as a male with dreads. She was transported to an area hospital with a broken leg. The tag number she provided police is registered to a man who is currently the subject of an investigation.
21-018787- 915 South Seminole Drive #12- Unknown Trouble
Dispatch advised of a 911 hang up from this address. Police found there had been a verbal disorder, but the investigating parties had already left the area.
21-018788- 3326 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Activity
The caller advised a female was observed putting a dog in the trunk of a gold sedan. The gold sedan had already left the area prior to police arrival.

December 30 – Night Shift
John Ross Road @ Greens Lake Road / Crash-Arrest
Police were dispatched for a crash with unknown injuries at said location. Driver of a silver Nissan Frontier turned into the path of a gray Saturn Aura traveling north bound. Driver of Saturn, Amanda M. Maroney was arrested for driving while license revoked for DUI. 21-018814
1417 St Thomas Street/Motel 6 / Arrest-Drugs
Officers observed two subjects who appeared to be in a domestic dispute. Officers investigated and found that both subjects were in possession of meth for resale. 21-018823
6500 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Vehicle
Police observed a vehicle in the parking lot of Champy’s restaurant after hours. Police met with the occupants, identified as Kathy Bradley and Alvin Rutledge. Both parties lied about their identity, however police were able to positively identify both parties. After identifying the occupants, both parties had active warrants for their arrest. Both were taken into custody and transported to Silverdale Detention Center without incident. 21-0118828
South Seminole @ Ringgold Road/Arrest
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driving erratically. The vehicle finally came to a stop on the Chattanooga side of the tunnels and the driver, Gerome Jackson, was taken into custody for driving on revoked. 21-018821
200 block Windmere Drive / Suspicious Activity
Reporting party stated she observed three juvenile subjects dressed in gray pajamas walking in the middle of the street and checking car door handles. Units saturated the area and the subjects were gone on arrival. No cars were located that had been entered. 21-018831
3320 Ringgold Rd /Narcotics Arrest
A suspicious vehicle was observed behind the Coin Laundry. Contact was made with an occupant, Amy Mcfalls, who was found to have methamphetamine and fentanyl in her possession. 21-018837

4100 Fountain Avenue (road hazard)
Police assisted the Street Department with the removal of a large tree branch that was obstructing parts of the roadway. (21-018844)
6803 Village Lake Circle (auto burglary)
The resident’s vehicle was entered, and several items were stolen. There is no suspect information. (21-018851)
528 Cedar Glen Circle (auto burglary)
The resident’s vehicle was entered overnight, but nothing was stolen. (21-08853)

Police were dispatched to more than 20 calls for service regarding noise, fireworks and shots fired.
6100 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-018864)
Adam Burns was taken into custody for DUI during a traffic stop.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Arrest 21-018875)
Santoria Rutledge was taken into custody for driving without a license, no proof of insurance and resisting stop, frisk, halt. Rutledge had been previously stopped and issued citations for the driving and insurance offenses. He was warned not to drive away. Rutledge failed the order from officers, entered his vehicle and drove away from the traffic stop.
3408 Lisa Dr (Property Damage 22-000011)
Police responded to this address on a report of property damage. On arrival the homeowners stated that a bullet had come through the ceiling of their bedroom. It is unknown where the bullet was fired from. Police recovered the bullet and placed it into property and evidence.
5500 block Ringgold Road (Public Intoxication) 22-000019
A male subject was transported to Parkridge East for medical evaluation following a consensual encounter. He was suspected to have ingested PCP. Warrants will be filed for Public Intoxication against him.
6727 Ringgold Rd (Burglary) 21-018863
Michael Martin was taken into custody for Attempted Burglary of an Automobile and Attempted Burglary of a building after he was observed by several witnesses attempting to enter a BMW and then a closed business. Martin attempted to flee prior to police arrival but was thwarted by a swollen creek. The weather issues gave Martin no option except to speak with officers.
