December 04 – Day Shift
5611 Ringgold Road (theft):
The owner of S.R. Tanning and Apparel stated she ordered a patio set which was delivered to her business on 11/28/21. When she arrived she found the items were missing. (21-017549)
3553 Oakdale Avenue (aggravated assault, reckless endangerment):
Kadron Locklin was arrested on these charges following a disorder at this address. (21-017546)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
CPD was out with Christie Lynn Lewis at 2815 5th Avenue and she had an active East Ridge forfeiture capias for vandalism. CPD transported her to jail. (21-017550)
817 S. Germantown Road (check hazard):
a concerned resident called about some clothes being on fire in the middle turning lane. Police found the remnants of some cloth towels which had already been extinguished by an unknown party. (21-017543)

December 04 – Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Suspicious Vehicle 21-017559):
Police were called to the Budgetel regarding multiple firearms in plain view in a vehicle. The owner of the vehicle gave police consent to search it. Multiple firearms (a rifle, a shotgun, and two handguns) along with a laptop were checked for stolen in NCIC by dispatch. None of the firearms listed were stolen and NCIC was able to confirm that the vehice’s owner was not a prohibited possessor. Staff at the Budgetel advised they wanted to remove the man from the property due to his possession of multiple firearms. The man understood he was told to leave the property per Budgetel Staff.
6408 Ringgold Rd (suspicious person 21-017653):
Employees called in stating a male (believed to be homeless) was in the drive-thru harassing employees and customers. He was gone upon police arrival.
3600 block Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-017561):
Police were called to the Cascades motel in regard to a domestic disorder. Dispatch could hear a female crying and asking to leave, with a male not allowing her to leave the room. Police arrived on scene and met with the female subject who advised her fiancé had gotten angry after she got upset from a comment he made about another woman. She called 911 for police assistance and he took the phone from her and refused to allow her to leave the room. He was arrested for false imprisonment, interfering with 911, criminal impersonation and active warrants through Hamilton County.
3657 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-017571):
Police were called back to the Cascades in regard to a disorder from the female subject spoken to earlier. She advised she believed the brother-in-law to the previous arrested party was on scene to harm her and called police to respond. Police met her and another male in the room. Police were advised via dispatch the male subject had active warrants through the city of East Ridge. Police attempted to detain him until the warrants could be verified when he began to resist officers. Police deployed their department issued taser to gain control of him which was successful. He was arrested for resisting arrest and said warrants. The female subject was given a courtesy ride to Chattanooga for the evening.
4300 Ringgold Road (arrest 21-017576)
Benjamin Ramos was taken into custody for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.

100 Bass Pro Drive (arrest):
Chase Gannaway was arrested for public intoxication, possession of narcotics and paraphernalia after being found unresponsive on the lot of the business. (21-017592)
6801 Ringgold Road (auto theft):
The complainant left the keys in his white 2005 Toyota Tundra while going inside this address. During this time a male (6’0, 165 lbs, brown hair, gray jacket with blue shirt and jeans accompanied by a five year old female in a pink coat) was recorded on video entering the vehicle and driving away. The truck was entered into NCIC. (21-017598)

December 05– Night Shift
3501 Land St (Burglary 21-017606):
Several items were taken from the unsecured garage at this residence.
(21-017611) 4227 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Vehicle 21-017611):
Police were called to this location for a suspicious vehicle. Once on scene police encountered a man using the closed bank’s electricity without their permission. The man was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
5600 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-017609):
Jennifer Jackson was arrested for driving on revoked following a traffic stop at this location. During the stop she refused to talk to officers, but instead screamed the Lord’s prayer.
4100 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-017617):
Police observed a Chevrolet Trax traveling east at a high rate of speed on Ringgold Road. Officers were able to catch up to the vehicle and paced it traveling 80 mph. Police made contact with the driver, Jakayla Moore, who stated she was late to work and needed to go. A toddler was observed in the backseat, not restrained to the seat, and the seat was not restrained to the vehicle. Moore was taken into custody for reckless endangerment. The child’s grandmother came to pick him up.
7609 Standifer Gap Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-017610):
Jakayla Lyons was arrested on active East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
183 I24 East (Arrest 21-017619):
Police were dispatched to a broken down vehicle. Police identified the driver as Lauren Bailey Heifner. Heifner was found to have active warrants for domestic assault through the county. Police conducted a probable cause search of her vehicle after seeing paraphernalia in plain view and found methamphetamine, heroin and pressed fentanyl pills. Heifner was taken into custody for possession of schedule I, two counts of possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
1 Stadium Way (Criminal Trespassing 21-017608):
Mr. Yuri Polezhaev was arrested for trespassing at the Red Wolves Stadium after security stated he refused to speak and refused to leave property.
1410 Mack Smith Rd (Animal Call 21-017618):
Budgetel security called to advise a male party was seen kicking and choking a dog. Police reviewed the security camera footage and made contact with the man in his room. The dog appeared to be uninjured and a report was made for animal services.
