4203 Greenbriar Rd (domestic assault):
A female subject was arrested for domestic assault against her grandmother.

October 30 – Night Shift
1410 Mack Smith (Arrest 21-015740):
A consensual encounter was made with the occupant of a suspicious vehicle at the Budgetel. The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Monick Conner. Due to open containers and paraphernalia in plain sight, a search of the car was performed, and crack cocaine, paraphernalia, and a .45 caliber Rock Island Armory firearm were located. Conner was charged with possessing a firearm during a felony and possessing crack cocaine. Conner admitted to being at the Budgetel facilitating the manufacture of cocaine into crack cocaine via two subjects, who were identified but not located.
21-015750 3220 Gleason Drive / Vehicle Burglary:
Police responded to this location in reference to a suspicious activity call. Police arrived on scene and took three juvenile males into custody for vehicle burglary. The vehicles burglarized were a Gold Nissan Altima TN BYG088, a red ford fusion no tag, a gold Toyota Camry TN 573JVC, and a Maroon Mercedes c230 TN CBZ176.
4800 block Madonna Ave/Domestic Assault (21-015742)
A male subject was arrested for Domestic Assault against his girlfriend.
1500 Springvale Road/DUI/Public Intox. (21-015752)
Eduardo Lora was arrested for DUI, and the passenger, Rigoberto Olvera, was arrested for public intoxication during a traffic stop at this location.
950 Spring Creek Road – Arrest (21-015738) –
Jerry Jones was arrested for DUI 2nd Offense following a traffic stop.
3100 Block Ringgold Road – Arrest (21-015751) –
An unidentified male party was arrested for DUI and Criminal Simulation following a traffic stop after the vehicle was observed leaving Level Up.
21-015730 6500 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Traffic:
Stacy A. N. Harden was arrested for Resisting Stop, Frisk, Halt after being stopped for speeding.
21-015747 4300 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI 2ND:
Glenn A. Gilley was arrested for DUI after being stopped for failure to yield. Gilley entered onto Ringgold Road from a parking lot into the path of a police vehicle.

October 31 – Day Shift
21-015757 – 3222 Gleason Dr, Apt 69 – Vandalism:
The complainant stated her Toyota Rav4 was vandalized earlier in the morning. The complainant stated her vehicle had been sprayed with a fire extinguisher overnight. The complainant washed the vehicle and found a large chip in her paint on the front passenger side door. The incident was related to a series of auto burglaries and vandalism in the same area.
21-015672 – 16 Brockhaven Rd – Attempted Auto Burglary:
The complainant reported that four unknown males were seen on his security camera attempting to open the doors of the vehicles at approximately 0214 in the morning. The complainant stated that the males did not enter his vehicle or damage it; however, the video showed the four suspects moving eastbound down Brockhaven Road checking vehicles on both sides of the road. The complainant stated that he would download the video and provide police with a copy of it for possible suspect identification.
21-015765 – 604 Bacon Trail – Suspicious Activity:
Police responded to several suspicious activity complaints at the apartments located on 604 Bacon Trail. A male was reported to be walking through the area acting in a strange manner. Police responded to the area but did not locate the individual. A witness provided a picture of the male and police identified him as Demarcus Dillard. A few minutes later, police observed a male on the southside of the apartments and began to approach him to discuss the situation. The male took off running to the east side of the apartments and police quickly lost sight of him behind the building. Police located a woman in the area, and she stated that she and Dillard had a fight earlier in the morning and he left. The woman also stated that she changed the locks in her apartment and Dillard no longer had access to it. Police later found that Dillard had several possible arrest warrants through Hamilton County for failure to appear.

October 31 – Night Shift
1503 McDonald (Arrest 21-015780):
A consensual encounter was made with the occupant of a suspicious vehicle at the Waverly in front of room #120. The driver was identified as Shawn Patterson. Due to marijuana in plain sight, a search of the car was performed, and marijuana, as well as a Glock .40 cal., were located. Patterson was wearing a security uniform and advised that he was also working for Huckabee Bonding Company. Patterson was neither a licensed security guard nor an employee of Huckabee. Consent to search room #120 was gained, and several grams of methamphetamine was located. Patterson was charged with impersonating a licensed professional and possession of methamphetamine.
619 Camp Jordan Pkwy (Found Property 21-015773):
A citizen located a camouflage backpack in the road on Camp Jordan near the Chick-Fil-A. The bag contained ammunition, a Kimber Stainless Target II 9mm pistol, and various range gear. No identifying documents were located in the bag, and a query of the serial number did not return as lost or stolen. The firearm and gear were placed into property.
902 Altamaha Street – Suspicious Vehicle (21-015772)
The homeowner discovered a Chevrolet Equinox he did not recognize was parked in his driveway. The vehicle was unattended and registered to a party in Chattanooga. The homeowner requested a private property tow. Cannon’s towed the vehicle.
100 Interstate 75 / Evading: 100 (21-015786)
Police attempted a traffic stop on a maroon 1999 Town and Country minivan driven by a male with tattoos on his neck and hands. The vehicle fled north on I-75 by increasing its speed and refusing to stop. Police deactivated emergency equipment and allowed the suspect to flee the area safely. With thorough investigation, police were able to identify the driver and are seeking warrants.
3600 Fountain Ave/DUI/Warrants (21-015778)
During a traffic stop at this location, Hollie Nelson was arrested on DUI, Aggravated child neglect times 3, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The passengers, Ericka Bell and Shuan Cranfield, were arrested on several warrants.
