October 28 – Day Shift
I-75 North (arrest):
Isaac Rodriquez, who was impaired on an unknown intoxicant, was arrested after running across multiple lanes of traffic in an attempt to elude police. (21-01560)
941 Spring Creek Road (theft):
Staff at Parkridge East reported the theft of a small amount of morphine by an on duty nurse. (21-015623)

October 28 – Night Shift
1300 block San Hsi Dr. (Disorder 21-015646):
Police were dispatched to this location regarding a male party. He has dementia and was being violent towards his family. Police were able to talk with him and calm him. No further police action taken.
1649 Waterhouse St. (Misc. Cite 21-015651):
Anthony Prater was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of marijuana and a citation for open container. Earlier, police were informed the driver of a Millennium Taxi had stolen beer from the Mapco. Police located the Millennium Taxi with Mr. Prater in the driver’s seat. Mr. Prater admitted to stealing the beer. He returned to the Mapco and paid for the beer.
4309 Bennett Rd (Theft 21-015644):
The complainant reported his bicycle stolen. The bike is described as a blue mountain bike with duct tape on the handlebars and no brakes. No suspect information at report time.
6708 Ringgold Rd (Robbery of a Person 21-015647):
Police responded to a robbery in progress at the Circle K. Police contacted the victim, Jeffrey Pope, who stated a male subject wearing a black long sleeve shirt, jeans, and dark grey tennis shoes assaulted him and stole approximately $1,200 in cash. Police observed Pope to have torn pants, lacerations to his knee, bruising on his face, and blood coming from his ear. Pope stated the male fled southbound from the Circle K towards the storage units next door. Police utilized the assistance of HCSO and Chattanooga K9 units during the search for the suspect. The suspect was not located. Staff at Circle K advised that security camera footage would be unavailable until the morning. Pope was checked by EMS on scene and refused transport to the hospital. Pope was taken into custody on outstanding warrants through East Ridge.
3600 Ringgold Road (Traffic Stop 21-015650):
Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at this location. The driver, Austyn Silvels, was placed into custody on multiple active warrants.
1510 Mack Smith Road (Arrest 21-015642):
Terrell Todd was taken into custody at this location for active warrants after a domestic dispute at this location.

October 29 – Day Shift
639 Camp Jordan Pkwy-
Child was located by staff at Chick-Fil-A. Parent, who is staying at Motel 6, arrived and took custody of the child.
851 Donaldson Rd-
The complainant advised someone broke into his equipment trailer during the night. Report on file.
5953 Brainerd Rd-
Lee Pendergrass was taken into custody on an ER warrant at this location.
4400 Bennett Rd (simple assault):
Juvenile female assaulted another juvenile female at this location when the females were getting onto the school bus. Follow up is required for further information with the principal of the school and the SRO.
21-015661/ 639 Camp Jordan Parkway/ Criminal Trespass:
The manager at Chick-Fil-A requested that Travis Dial be Trespassed from the property. He was seen looking in parked, unattended automobiles and stood in the drive through lanes impeding traffic. Police notified Mr. Dial not to return.
21-015667/ 1417 St Thomas Street/ Criminal Trespass:
Travis Dial was observed by the Motel 6 manager looking in parked unattended vehicles. The manager requested that Dial check out of his room as scheduled by 11:00 and be trespassed from the property. Dial was notified by police that he could no longer come to Motel 6 in which he departed the property by crossing Wright Street. After he was involved in a separate incident at 1421 Wright Street, Dial returned to the Motel 6 Property. Police arrested Dial for Criminal Trespass.
21-015673/ 1421 Wright Street/ Property Damage:
Travis Dial departed Motel 6 property and entered the private property of the residence on Wright Street. He broke off the door to the residence’s mailbox and took the light bulb from the front porch light and smashed it in the driveway behind the van parked there. The manager at Chick fil A contacted the homeowner after witnessing the property damage. The owner wished to press charges against Dial for Vandalism. Police had Dial in custody from a previous event.

October 29 – Night Shift
21-015699 5500 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Felony:
Dontae Devaughn Goodner was arrested on charges of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving While License Revoked, Suspended.
5300 Anderson Avenue – Arrest (21-015698) –
Nathan Williams was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for simple possession at this location following a traffic stop.
21-015701 1503 McDonald Road / Arrest:
Jamie Brown was arrested for possession of Methamphetamine following a call for a disorder at this location.
6600 Ringgold Road/Warrants (21-015690)
Domaniec Smith was arrested for Catoosa County Warrants during a traffic stop at this location.
4000 block S Terrace/Drug Overdose (21-015695)
A male subject was found unresponsive in the living room. After EMS administered Narcan, the male awoke and stated that he had taken a pill earlier to relax. He was transported by EMS to Memorial.
6514 Ringgold Road/Warrants (21-015705)
Donna Jones was arrested on warrants out of Texas during an encounter at the Mapco.
