The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
Oct. 12 Day Shift
1 Stadium Way- Unknown 911 Calls-
Dispatch received several more 911 calls from the malfunctioning phone line. At the time of this pass along there have been approximately 40 calls over the last 24 hours. Security on scene advised it was on the list of things to repair.
21-014837- 4321 Ringgold Road (Quick Loans)- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. The building appeared to be secure.
21-014839- 4350 Ringgold Road (Discovery Outlet)- Alarm-
Police responded to check the business. The building appeared to be secure.
21-014840- 824 McHann Drive- Burglary-
The caller advised sometime over the last month an unknown suspect entered the vacant house at this address. She advised several items have been taken. It is unknown when this incident occurred.
21-014842- 1124 Altamaha Street- Vehicle Burglary-
The resident called to notify police that sometime between 10/11/21 around 11PM and 10/12/21 around 900 AM her vehicle, a 2011 Landrover LR4, had been entered by an unknown suspect and ransacked. The resident noted nothing was taken from the vehicle and the vehicle was not damaged. The resident stated she did accidentally leave the car unlocked. She did not request a report but wanted police to be aware of the activity. She asked that the area be watched over the next few days for suspicious activity.
21-014846- 5816 Ringgold Road (Chattanooga Gold and Silver)- Unconscious Person-
En route to the call dispatch advised the complainant, a Lyft driver, advised his female passenger had lost consciousness. On scene police removed the female from the vehicle and issued one dose of 4mg Narcan and began CPR. The female party was transported to Parkridge East hospital via Hamilton County EMS. The complainant stated he had picked the woman up from the Budgetel.
21-014849- 5738 Ringgold Road (Blanca’s Furniture)- Intoxicated Person-
Brittaney Kincannon was found by a passerby laying in the roadway. On scene she was found to be severely intoxicated on an unknown substance. She was arrested and transported to Silverdale.

Night Shift
21-014886 – 604 Bacon Trail / Disorder:
Police responded to this location in reference to an unknown 911 call. Prior to arrival on scene police were told by dispatch that a male had broken the front door of the residence. Upon arrival on scene police located the man at Northview Avenue and Bacon Trail and he was detained. Police learned from the reporting party that he had not broken the door and the two were only in a verbal argument. The reporting party requested that the male leave the scene but not prosecuted for criminal trespass. Report on file.
21-014860 / 21-014861 / 21-014863 – 1517 Tombras Avenue / Arrest:
Joshua Boyd was taken into custody after his probation was revoked during court. Shana Sims was taken into custody after her probation was revoked during court. Ana Williams was arrested for disorderly conduct following an outburst in the court room. Terrencia Marbury was accidentally released from Silverdale and arrived at court, she was transported back to Silverdale Detention Center.
21-01486 – Sunnyfield Ln / Arrest:
Police conducted a traffic stop at this location and discovered Trumon Brown to be in possession of a firearm. Brown was found to be a convicted felon for a robbery charge in April of 2021. Brown was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
21-014875 – 5400 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop-Arrest:
Jacob Andrews was arrested following a traffic stop for DUI.
21-014867 – 1417 St Thomas / Arrest:
Units responded to the Motel 6 in reference to a possible drug overdose. Once on scene a male subject was unresponsive but responded to Narcan administered by EMS. He was transported to Parkridge East. The other occupant in the room was identified and she gave consent to search. A search of the room and Ms. Perez’ person yielded methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Ms. Perez admitted to distributing methamphetamine and heroin and was subsequently taken into custody.
21-014888 – 2000 block Schmidt Road / Overdose:
A male subject overdosed and was revived with Narcan. Medic 16 transported to Parkridge East.
