The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
October 07 – Day Shift
21-014585- 3100 blk of Ringgold Road (Tunnel)- Check Hazard-
A tandem tractor trailer got stuck in the tunnel this morning. After about two and a half hours it was removed, and the roadway was reopened.
21-014586- 1000 blk of South Seminole Drive- Crash/DUI Arrest-
Martin Carvalho was arrested and charged with DUI following a traffic crash at this location. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.
21-014592- 4320 Bennett Road (East Ridge High School)- Assault-
Police responded to the Police Services Center to meet with a parent regarding her daughter being assaulted at the school. She advised her daughter was assaulted by another juvenile at the school. The juvenile female explained she was at the vending machine when the juvenile suspect bumped into her. A fight ensued between the two which was eventually broken up by faculty members. The juvenile victim had some minor cuts on her hands from the fight. Police reviewed what video was available at the school. The fight was considered mutual combatants since both juveniles were engaged in the fight with one another. The SRO was off duty.
21-014593- 1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Disorder-
Management called to request police assistance with an unruly guest. On scene police stood by while the guest was asked to leave. She left without incident.
21-014598- 1600 block Glowmont Drive- Mentally Disturbed-
The caller advised a male at this address was suffering a mental breakdown. On scene police spoke with the male and persuaded him to go to the hospital. He was transported to Parkridge East by his mother. A short time later police received a distress alarm from the hospital. It was found the male from earlier had assaulted hospital staff. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale on assault charges.
21-014599- 3839 Ringgold Road (Kingwood Auto Sales)- Suicidal Threats-
The caller advised a male was sitting at the side of the business yelling and screaming that he wanted to die. On scene police spoke with the male and persuaded him to go to the hospital. He was transported to Parkridge East.
21-014601- 5300 blk of Oakdale Avenue- Warrant Service-
Courtney Mayo was arrested and transported on an East Ridge warrant.

October 07 – Night Shift
(21-014627) 4214 Ringgold Rd. Warrant service:
Porsche Woods was arrested on two warrants out of East Ridge.
6514 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop (21-014623):
Scott Gumaer was arrested on an East Ridge alias/capias warrant for driving on revoked following a traffic stop.
21-014621 5300 block Dupont Street / Domestic Assault / Arrest:
Kristie Fincher was arrested for False Reports, Domestic Assault, and Resisting Arrest following an altercation with her juvenile daughter at this location.
21-014609 4000 block Dellway Circle / Domestic Assault / Arrest:
Jerry Catlett was arrested for Domestic assault after police were called to this location in reference to a disorder between Catlett and his 14-year-old son. Catlett was transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue. CPS report completed.
5300 Greenbriar Rd / Crash-DUI 2nd:
Terrencia A. Marbury ran her car into a ditch and was arrested for DUI 2nd and Driving While License Revoked. 21-014613
21- 014611 Suspicious Activity / DUI Arrest-
Police were dispatched for 4809 Fike Drive regarding suspicious activity. Police met with Timothy Chambers, who was found to have active warrants through East Ridge. Chambers was also charged with DUI 3rd.
21-014624/ 6515 Ringgold Road/ DUI:
Police arrested Cody Rett Gay for suspicion of DUI after observing him drive recklessly in Champy’s parking lot.

October 08 – Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Khera Cozzart was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant for fraudulent use of credit card. (21-014657)
6700 Ringgold Road (suspicious activity/warrant service):
A caller said a subject with tattoos was pulling wires out of a motorcycle at the corner of Scruggs Road and Ringgold Road. Police made contact with Terry Galloway who said he just bought the bike, and it had broken down. The bike was not reported stolen, but Mr. Galloway had a warrant through East Ridge and was taken into custody. (21-014634)
1014 John Ross Road (miscellaneous):
The school counselor at East Ridge Elementary reported a student displaying uncharacteristic behavior in class. After speaking with the child, it was learned that on the previous day his mother mixed alcohol and sleeping pills before driving to get something to eat, causing her to lose consciousness while still in traffic and having to be awakened by the juvenile. The caller advised CPS was notified and requested a police report for documentation. (21-014637)

Subsequent to a traffic stop, Selinda Boyd was arrested on East Ridge Warrants
300 Camp Jordan Parkway/ Warrant Service (21-014670)
Subsequent to a traffic stop, Tommesha Hubbard was arrested on outstanding warrants
6200 Ringgold Rd./ Possession & Warrant Service (21-014671 & 21-014674)
Subsequent to a traffic stop, Amanda McBryar was arrested on East Ridge Warrants and Possession of Methamphetamine
1305 Sunnyfield Lane/Aggravated Arson (attempted) (21-014673)
Noah Mclemore was in a disorder with the resident and mother of his unborn child. Mclemore poured a significant volume of gasoline on her front porch and said he was going to burn her house. Mclemore fled prior to igniting the gasoline when the police were called. Warrants for Aggravated Arson and Vandalism were sought for Mclemore’s arrest. ERFD responded to deal with the gasoline.
