The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
September 30 – Day Shift
1700 Lakeview Dr (kidnapping/assault/robbery):
Police responded to the BP Gas Station at this location after Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office said they were out with a party claiming to have been kidnapped and robbed at a location in East Ridge. Police spoke with the victim who claimed he was assaulted at a residence at 1207 Forest Green Drive by two male subjects. The reporting party claimed he was then forced into a blue Nissan Maxima followed by a silver Toyota car and driven around for the majority of the night and day between the home in East Ridge and the Motel 6 on Brainerd Road. The victim advised after the last trip to the Motel 6 the subjects forced him into the trunk of the blue Maxima. The subject claimed he was driven around in the trunk for a period of time before being let out to use the restroom at the gas station at 1700 Lakeview Drive. He then ran into the gas station and asked the clerks to call for help. Catoosa Co and CPD were notified and responded to speak with the man. (21-014237)
1300 block Spring Creek Road (arrest):
Kevin Kinamore was arrested during a traffic stop for speeding, red light violation and driving on suspended after not cooperating with police. It was determined that Kinamore had an active warrant through Hamilton County. (21-014232)
950 Spring Creek Road (suspicious person):
The resident at this complex contacted police due to a person camped out in the hallway of the main building of Spring Creek Garden Apartments. Police made contact with a woman who stated she was homeless. She was checked for warrants and told to vacate the area. (21-014219)
5711 Wentworth Avenue (vandalism):
Complainant contacted police after finding the passenger window of his Nissan Versa had been shattered. Nothing was taken and the door was locked according to the victim. He has no enemies and there are no suspects at this time. (21-014235)

September 30 – Night Shift
5301 Ringgold Rd (suspicious Activity/Arrest 21-01421):
Karen Campbell was taken into custody for public intoxication and drug paraphernalia after store personnel complained she had been in the Walgreens for almost five hours.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-01242):
Aldontha Smith was arrested on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
2000 block Lee St (Assist Other Agency 21-014244):
Officers attempted to locate Jessica Metcalf who is wanted for felony child endangerment through Walker County. Metcalf’s infant was hospitalized for exposure to methamphetamine. She was not located.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-014246):
Cruz Housley was arrested on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
4300 block Dupont St (Suspicious Vehicle 21-014250):
The reporting party stated a SUV had been parked in the area for several hours. Dani Resno was also taken into custody for public intoxication.
4300 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-014253):
Yuri Lopez was taken into custody for DUI 3rd, driving while revoked for DUI, light law violation and open container violation during a traffic stop.
4300 block Dupont St (DUI 21-014250):
Tomas Miguel was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, driving while revoked for DUI and providing alcohol to minors.
1600 Springvale Rd (Evading 21-14260):
Officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle at Springvale Park. As they made contact with the vehicle the driver fled the police at a high rate of speed. Officers did not pursue the vehicle per policy. Horatio Houston was identified as the driver. Warrants will be sought for his arrest.

21-014283 – 302 Dunlap – Property Damage:
Police and Fire/Rescue responded to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the apartment complex. The fire was extinguished, and no injuries were reported.

500 Camp Jordan Pkwy / Traffic Stop (21-014296):
Monica Common was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop.
21-014303 3600 block Ringgold Road / Cascades RM 57 / Overdose:
Police arrived on the scene and located a female in the bathtub who had recently been administered one dose of Narcan. Police spoke to the individuals involved and determined that the female had recently been released from the Hamilton County Jail and resumed her recreational use of Heroin, causing her to overdose. The female was treated by EMS to the ER. Report on file, overdose report completed.
21-014308/ 6700 block Ringgold Road/ Assault:
Three unknown males attacked another male subject at the Econo Lodge. The victim suffered two lacerations to the left side of his head. The victim never lost consciousness but refused transport to Hospital. The suspects were driving a black Toyota Four Runner.
21-014286 – 403 McBrien Road / Arrest –
Andrew McHugh was taken into custody for DUI, after witnesses reported him driving in circles in the parking lot of AMC Theatres/ At Home.
21-014314 – 4222 Ringgold Rd. / AOA Warrant Service:
Jillian Phillips was taken into custody for an active warrant out of Hamilton County following a suspicious person call at the Speedway.
