September 23 – Day Shift
1517 Waterhouse St (theft)
Travis Stringfield was issued a misdemeanor citation for theft of property at this location. 21-013790
931 Spring Creek Rd (homeless camp)
Police were dispatch to this location regarding homeless camp that has started in the woods behind the building. Police found items that shows a community has started living in the woods. No one was located. Police informed the employees to call police when they see people around that area. 21-013796
6515 Ringgold Rd (theft)
A male party left Champy’s restaurant without paying. After speaking to the manager, she explained this party has done this in the past. Police searched the area, and believe the male party stays at the Budgetel. 21-013801
921 Belvoir Ave (Suspicious Person 21-013804):
Police were called to the 800 block of Belvoir Ave regarding a male with blonde hair kicking a mailbox. Police located the man in the 900 block jumping up and down screaming in the roadway. He was transported to Park Ridge East for a mental health evaluation without incident.
4214 Ringgold Rd (warrant service):
Ofelia Vicente turned herself in at the East Ridge Police station on a warrant.

September 23 – Night Shift
6012 Ringgold Road / DUI:
Heather Cameron was arrested for speeding, DUI, resisting, retaliation for past action, and assault on police following a traffic stop. 21-013827
600 Camp Jordan Parkway / Assist other Agency:
Jeremy Jarome Harris was transported to Silverdale on a Probation Capias warrant out of Hamilton County. 21-013822
6016 Ringgold Rd / Disorder:
Police responded to this location in regard to a homeless man refusing to leave Marco’s Pizza. Police identified the individual as Daniel Lucas and issued a trespass order to him. Lucas left the area without incident.
201 Eads St. / Back up EMS:
Police responded to back up EMS call at this location inside an apartment. An older gentleman was located and found responsive at the time. Once inside the ambulance the individual became unresponsive and CPR was administered. A domestic assault occurred between the individual’s grandson and another occupant of the apartment occurred before police left the scene. A male subject was placed into custody for resisting arrest and Aggravated Domestic Assault .
1417 Mack Smith Rd / Suspicious Activity:
The retirement center called in concerned about increased activity from The Budgetel flowing onto their property. Police presence dispersed a small crowd. 21-013819
1600 block Keeble St / Disorder:
Police were dispatched to yet another disorder at this location involving a male subject and his neighbor. While on scene it was determined the male subject has not had running water in his residence for over six weeks. Police forwarded this information to city codes.

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
George Underwood was arrested on an active East Ridge warrant. (21-013883)
1503 McDonald Road (theft):
The complainant reported the theft of a black Proglow speaker that was left in the backseat of her mother’s vehicle sometime on 09/17/2021. (21-013875).
2100 Hamilton Place Blvd. (warrant service):
Police responded to J.C. Penney’s to serve a warrant on Aaron Smith, who was detained by CPD. Smith was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale. (21-013870).

September 24 – Night Shift
4150 Monroe St (Shoplifter 21-013891):
Officers responded to Walmart Family Grocery on report of two juvenile females stealing beer. Walmart declined to prosecute. The juveniles were released to parents.
1600 Waterhouse (DUI 21-013904):
Akelo Miller was taken into custody for DUI.
6513 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-013907):
Employees at Waffle House advised dispatch a male party had caused a disorder in the restaurant and thrown things. The party then left. While officers were en route he returned and caused another disorder. Traibion Drew was trespassed from the restaurant.
6000 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-013908):
Ashley Simpson was taken into custody for DUI.
4300 Bennett Rd (Arrest 21-013909):
Alondra Sandoval was arrested on East Ridge warrants during a traffic stop.
6514 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-013910):
Osario Aguilar was taken into custody for DUI.
6513 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-013913):
Alexus Thompson was taken into custody for DUI.
