The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
Sept. 13 Day Shift
21-013269- 3716 Fountain Avenue- Theft from Vehicle-
The complainant advised sometime during the overnight hours someone removed the catalytic converter from his vehicle. He advised he started his vehicle at approximately 0530 hours on this date to go to work and noticed a loud noise coming from the vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, it was discovered the converter had been sawed off.
21-013272- 840 South Germantown Road- Burglary-
The complainant reported a burglary at this address. He advised his Stihl trimmer was stolen from inside of his garage sometime in the last 3-4 weeks. The complainant is reviewing home video footage and will notify police of any suspect information.
12-013274- 6700 Ringgold Road (Quality Inn)- Abandoned Vehicle/Stolen Recovery-
The caller advised of an abandoned Jeep Grand Cherokee black in color. Once on scene police learned the vehicle was reported stolen out of Chattanooga. CPD declined to respond and process the vehicle at this time. ERPD notified the victim and advised them of the tow location. The vehicle was removed from NCIC and towed to Broome’s.
21-013275- 900 blk of Hurst Street- Unknown 911-
Dispatch received a phase two 911 hang up from the area of the 900 blk to the Red Wolves Stadium. Police checked the stadium and the neighborhood with nothing out of the ordinary located.

Night Shift
5510 Ringgold Road / Disorder-Arrest:
Police were dispatched to O’Riely’s Auto Parts for a disorder between a male and female, which possibly involved a crash. Robyn Y. Crabtree was arrested for DUI 2nd, and Ronald E. Samuel was arrested for Public Intoxication. Both had other warrants out of Hamilton County. 21-013287
4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant:
Reveen S. Henderson was arrested on an Alias/Capias warrant for Driving on Revoked, Suspended. 21-013296
5032 South Terrace / Assist other Agency:
Courtney A. Whiddon was transported to Silverdale Detention Center on a Hamilton County warrant for theft of property.
21-013302- Springvale/Key West: Traffic stop- Arrest:
A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for speeding. Contact was made with the driver Travis Lee and consent was gained to search the vehicle. Methamphetamine and marijuana were located on the driver’s side of the vehicle. The passenger, Daniel Healan, had warrants out of Walker County and was transported to Silverdale.
21-013304/ 4145 Ringgold Road/ Disorder:
Police discovered a woman wandering around Lominique Apartments due to being intoxicated from smoking Marijuana. She woke up in her vehicle, disoriented and confused about the whereabouts of her boyfriend. She locked her car doors, closing her 12 weeks old Pitbull puppy in the back seat. When police retrieved the dog, its health was in poor condition. Police contacted Animal Services, who evacuated the dog to a veterinarian hospital. Police contacted the boyfriend to drive the woman home. Depending on the dog’s condition, charges may be pending for animal cruelty.
