September 11 – Day Shift
400 block Frawley Road (warrant service):
Brittany Taylor was arrested on East Ridge Warrants from a drug related issue that occurred on 09/10/21. (21-013090)
6521 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Karlnelius Edwards was arrested on East Ridge warrants for possession of marijuana for resale and possession of a firearm during a dangerous felony. (21-013171)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Tereza Sebastian was arrested on an East Ridge warrants for PTR (DUI 2nd). (21-013161)
3712 Mary Anna Drive (auto theft):
The complainant came out this morning and discovered her car, a 2017 black Kia Niro hybrid, stolen. (21-013141)

September 11 – Night Shift
3100 Ringgold Rd (DUI Arrest 21-013177):
Zachery Summerow was taken into custody for DUI 4th offense, driving while revoked for DUI and possession of Hydrocodone.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-013176):
Scott Daugherty was booked on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
1000 block S. Seminole (AOA Warrant 21-013180):
Christopher Stevens was detained on Collegedale warrants and transported to Silverdale for booking.
3906 Sells Dr (Shots Fired 21-013187):
Police responded to reports of gunshots in the area, Nothing was located.
703 Woodmore Ln (Assist Other Agency 21-013184):
East Ridge Police were requested to assist a Chattanooga officer with a disorder. ERPD assisted CPD take a party into custody.
4100 Bennett Rd (Arrest 21-013188):
Melvin Bonds was taken into custody for driving while revoked, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a stolen firearm during a traffic stop.
3300 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant Arrest 21-013197):
Tony Holland was detained on Hamilton County warrants after he was observed in the parking lot of a closed automobile dealership.
5400 block Weaver St (Assault/Arrest 21-013198):
Joshua Fell was taken into custody for assault after choking his roommate during an argument.
5400 Marion Dr (DUI 21-013199):
Roblero Velasquez was taken into custody for DUI after he was discovered passed out in his vehicle. The vehicle had narrowly missed several others and came to rest in a yard where he was discovered by officers patrolling the area.

September 12 – Day Shift
948 Spring Creek Road (arrest):
Dana Evans was arrested for trespassing on the property of the Shell convenience store after being trespassed yesterday. (21-013215)
4300 Ringgold Road (arrest):
During a traffic stop at this location, Audrey Turner was arrested for simple possession of Sch. II X2 and Sch. IV. (21-013219)
941 Spring Creek Road (arrest):
Police were called to the area in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Police made contact with Ocean Akery and Samantha Millraney. Millraney was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Akery was arrested for DUI, possession of heroin, and possession of meth for resale. (21-013228)
941 Spring Creek Road (arrest):
Police were called to the Parkridge East Hospital emergency room after a discharged patient attacked a doctor. The patient was located across the street at the Shell convenience store and arrested for assault. (21-013220)
800 block S. Seminole Drive (arrest):
An anonymous caller alerted police about Kelly Vaughn, a wanted fugitive, being at this address. Vaughn was located and arrested. She was also charged for being in possession of Sch. I and paraphernalia. (21-013216)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Allison McKenzie (Sutton) was arrested on East Ridge warrants and taken to Silverdale. (21-013205)
4338 Ringgold Road (theft):
A theft warrant was taken out on Natalie Harris after she was identified as having stolen several small potted plants from Food Lion. (21-013226)
6408 B Ringgold Road (fraud):
Two unknown males entered the store at this location and made $3,500.00 worth of purchases via three credit cards. It was later discovered all charges are being disputed and the store received a call from a party in New York stating her card was used without her knowledge. (21-013230)

September 12 – Night Shift
201 Eads St (Assault/Arrest 21-013247):
Ricky Beamon was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault against his brother. Beamon was also charged with interference with emergency calls after taking the phone from his mother while she was speaking with 911 dispatch.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-013254):
Christian Martinez was booked on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
950 Spring Creek Rd (Arrest 21-013255):
Officers responded to a disorder and located Demeatrice Best in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Best stated he had been in a verbal argument with the mother of his children. Police immediately detected the odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search police located 2 firearms, marijuana, and Adderall. Best was taken into custody and charged with unlawful possession of the firearms, possession of marijuana, possession of Adderall and driving while suspended.
1700 block Castleberry Ave (Arrest 21-013259):
Police responded to reports of a male party attempting to force entry into the residence. When officers arrived, they observed Adolfo Velasquez attempting to hide behind a vehicle at 1708 Castleberry. Velasquez fled at the sight of police. He was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. Velasquez was taken into custody and charged with drinking underage, public intoxication, and evading arrest.
