July 29– Day Shift
5080 S. Terrace (21-010754):
Zachary Hobrecht was issued a misdemeanor citation for criminal impersonation after providing a false name to police.
4214 Ringgold Rd-
Warrant served on Ian Mathis, 19, of a Skylark Trail address in Chattanooga.
4214 Ringgold Road (arrest)
Bilal S. Carter turned himself in on East Ridge warrants at the police department. 21-010751
3206 Ringgold Rd (Check Well-Being):
Police responded to this location to check on a male laying on the ground by the vacuums. Contact was made with the man and he subsequently transported to a local hospital at his request for dizziness and knee pain.
503 Marlboro Ave Aggravated Burglary):
A male subject broke into the residence while a 15-year-old juvenile was home. Approximately $6,000 worth of jewelry was taken .

July 29 –Night Shift
3500 block Shelby Ave / Assist other Agency-Runaway Juvenile:
Police were called to a residence multiple times to check for a missing juvenile from the Chattanooga Police Department. Police located the missing juvenile at the residence later in the night. A Chattanooga Police Department unit allowed the juvenile to stay at the residence due to the claims of abuse from the juveniles father. The CPD unit notified CPS and provided a referral for the juvenile. 21-010775
6521 Ringgold Road / Domestic Assault:
Police received a call about a male hitting on a female near Wally’s Restaurant. After a search, the male and female were located in room #156. Bradley Ware was arrested for domestic assault. The victim was transported to Parkridge East for precautionary reason. Ware was issued conditions of release. 21-010777
Food City / Shoplifting:
Police were advised to come to this location from the officer working security. Police were advised there were two individual acting suspicious. Police made contact with both parties upon arrival. The parties were identified as Billy Gann and Misty Justus. Food City staff advised one of the parties was opening products/merchandise and the other repeatedly left the store to go to their vehicle multiple times. The parties were advised to pay for the damage merchandise and leave. Both parties were trespassed from Food City. 21-010781
1410 Mack Smith Road / Suicide Attempt:
Police responded to an adult male who had cut his arms, intentionally attempting suicide. After the male party refused to voluntarily go to the hospital with EMS, police transported him where he received a mental health evaluation as well as treatment for his lacerations. 21-010786
6401 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Vehicle-Arrest:
Following a consensual encounter, Caleb Leffew was found in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana. 21-010795
6519 Ringgold Road / Assault-Domestic:
Gabriel Pascual was arrested for assaulting a woman. 21-010801

1116 Sewanee Dr/Domestic Assault(21-010802)
Brandon Walker was arrested at this location for domestic assault against his girlfriend.
4338 Ringgold Road/A.O.A(21-0108100)
Charles Dotson was arrested at this location for a Parole Violation warrant out of TX.
1605 East Ridge Ave/Vehicle Fire(21-010816)
Police assisted Fire with two vehicles that were fully engulfed in the back yard at this location.
4214 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service(21-010819)
Garyique Porter turned herself in on an East Ridge Warrant. Ms. Porter bonded out from the Police Department.

Kari Crutcher was arrested on an East Ridge warrant while she was in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
6929 Wake Robin/ Suspicious Person 21-010820:
Caller was concerned about a white truck sitting at the end of the road. Police spoke with a contractor waiting on the owner of the property.
490 Camp Jordan Pkwy/ Suspicious Activity 21-010826:
Several subjects attempted to buy beer using fake IDs. Subjects left when police arrived. Fake IDs were placed into P&E.
4401 Ringgold Rd (deceptive practice) (21-010830):
Mack’s Hwy Mart reported Demetrius Dodds attempted to pass a counterfeit paycheck but was unsuccessful.

600 Belvoir Ave (Arrest 21-010834):
Timothy Murray was taken into custody for public intoxication after he was observed by police waling in and out of traffic.
3800 Ringgold Rd (DUI 21-010849):
Andrew McHugh was taken into custody for DUI following a traffic stop.
4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 21-010850):
Akello Miller was arrested on East Ridge warrants at Silverdale.
1410 Mack Smith (Mental Health 21-010852):
Officers were dispatched to a possible psychiatric emergency. Officers made contact with a mental health consumer who stated he did not wish to harm himself or anyone else.
