1000 Bass Pro Drive (theft):
Bass Pro loss prevention alerted police to the theft of $7,000 worth of crossbows which took place last Friday. A white male suspect, accompanied by a small child, entered the store pulling a wagon. The suspect, with the help of his child, loaded the bows into the wagon, covered them and left thru the entrance to avoid theft sensors. (21-010673)
6514 Ringgold Road (fuel spill):
A customer drove away from a fuel station with the nozzle still inserted into the vehicle’s tank. The hose was damaged and approximately three gallons of fuel was cleaned up by fire fighters. (21-010661)
100 block Douglas Drive (fraud):
The resident was alerted by a fraud service advising that an unknown suspect has filed some form of fraudulent deed for the victim’s house. Based on the statement from the homeowner, it appears the suspect, “Carl Poston” has stolen the victim’s identity and is attempting to sell the house to himself while posing as the homeowner. 1416 St. Thomas Street (theft):
Management at the auto repair shop has been allowing a woman from Georgia to collect some of his non-usable junk tires kept in the rear of the property. A few days ago, the woman brought a male family member to help her pick up the tires. However, instead of tires, the man stole used catalytic converters that the store sells as salvage. The stolen items are valued at $1,500. (21-010663)
500 S. Crest Road (auto theft recovery):
Rossville Police Department recovered a stolen Chevrolet Suburban at this location which had been stolen from East Ridge. RPD arrested a 16-year old male, but two other male juveniles fled on foot and were not located. East Ridge recovered the vehicle and notified the owner. (21-010316)
1301 Greens Lake Road (arrest):
Following a traffic stop at this location Katherene Kilgore was arrested for Possession of Schedule V for resale, Possession of Meth and a Hamilton County warrant. The passenger, Allen Harwood, was arrested for a Walker County warrant. (21-010659)
403 S Howell Avenue (auto burglary):
The complainant called in stating her vehicle was entered overnight but nothing was stolen. (21-010670)

Night Shift
717 Summit Avenue (Suspicious Person 21-010680):
Officers were dispatched to a suspicious male sleeping in a truck in the reporting party’s driveway. Police contacted the man and trespassed him from the property at the resident’s request.
1517 Tombras Avenue (Arrest 21-010667):
Dustin McDowell was taken into custody after he entered East Ridge City Court while possessing cocaine. McDowell also had active warrants.
4900 Delaware Drive (Kidnapping 21-010682):
Officers responded to an unknown 911 call of a female screaming. As police arrived a silver SUV fled the scene at a high rate of speed. The subject in the SUV, Antwan White, had allegedly kidnapped the female and she had escaped his capture. White was located a short time later at 4119 Dupont St. Officers located a set of keys in his pocket that unlocked a Honda Passport police located at the Walmart Family Grocery less than 200 yards from where White was located. White was taken into custody for felony evading, reckless driving and driving while revoked. The investigation into the kidnapping is ongoing.
6515 Ringgold Road (DUI 21-010687):
Officers responded to reports of an intoxicated male attempting to enter several vehicles in the parking lot of Champy’s. Police located the individual a short time later in his vehicle in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel. Bradley Stoner was taken into custody for DUI, driving while revoked and failure to provide financial responsibility.
3824 Ringgold Road (DUI 21-010691):
Christopher Hubbard was charged with DUI and a host of traffic offenses during a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale.
6600 Ringgold Road (DUI 21-010697):
John Doe (Angel Santos Roblero Diaz) was arrested for reckless driving, unlawful removal of a registration plate, driving left of center, failure to carry insurance, driving without a license, open container and DUI. He was processed and transported to Silverdale.
