July 22– Day Shift
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Kennedy Nalley turned herself in on an East Ridge warrant and was taken to Silverdale. (21-010181)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Kenneth Malcom was arrested on East Ridge warrants and was taken to Silverdale. (21-010117)
3951 Ringgold Road (theft):
Complainant reported the theft of a catalytic converter from the lot of 423 Wholesalers. Footage showed the suspect to be a thin male driving a minivan, possibly a early 2000s silver Honda Odyssey. (21-010416)
Ringgold Road at Camp Jordan Parkway (sleeping driver):
Police responded to a vehicle stopped in the turn lane. Contact was made with the driver who stated he fell asleep after being up all night. (no number)
Camp Jordan (AOA):
Police assisted East Ridge Fire with a search for two juveniles thought to have fallen into the Chickamauga Creek. The two juveniles were found safe on the Chattanooga side of the creek. (no number)

July 22 –Night Shift
939 Geswein Court (21-010429) Theft from vehicle –
An unknown suspected entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a firearm.
1512 Karwill Lane (21-010431) Aggravated Burglary, Domestic Assault –
Phillip Headrick entered the residence of his ex-girlfriend, uninvited, and assaulted her mother. Warrants will be sought to arrest Headrick.
3907 Wiley Avenue (21-010440) Domestic Assault –
Allen “Michael” Marlin was arrested for assaulting his wife.

July 23 – Day Shift
21-010449- 4348 Ringgold Road (Sonic)- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a white male acting strange at the business. Once on scene police encountered Anthony Trillet. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and sent on his way.
21-010453- State Line Road @ Springvale Road- Shots Fired-
The caller advised he heard 10 to 12 back to back gunshots in the area. Once on scene police observed the shots were coming from an address in Georgia. Catoosa County was notified.
21-010454- 4340 Ringgold Road (Food Lion Parking Lot)- Unconscious Person/Citation-
Amber Seay called due to a male subject overdosing. Once on scene he was given Narcan. He refused transport to the hospital. He was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession. Seay was also cited for drug paraphernalia.
21-010455- 7000 blk of Moreview Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised of a male walking along the roadway yelling at cars. Once on scene police spoke with the male. He advised he yelled at the vehicle because it almost hit him.
21-010457- 4150 Ringgold Road (Walmart Gas Pumps)- Arrest-
Anthony Brown was detained after he was observed attempting to cash a suspected fraudulent check. During the investigation he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged accordingly. The passenger, Christine Smith, was also arrested and charged with possession of Schedule II Drugs.
No number assigned- 7300 block Haven Hill Lane- Overdose-
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a possible drug overdose. Once on scene Fire and EMS handled the call. The patient was transported to Parkridge East.
10461- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway (Arena)- Vehicle Burglary-
On the above date and time, I spoke with the complainant via phone in reference to a theft from vehicle. The complainant advised that sometime on 7-21-21, someone entered her vehicle and took her wallet, and $290 in cash from her vehicle, while it was parked at the Camp Jordan Arena. The vehicle was left unlocked, as there was no forced entry visible on the vehicle (Ford Fusion).

Detory Douglas turned himself in today on an East Ridge warrant. He was processed and released at 405.

July 23 – Night Shift
21-010473 5800 Ringgold Rd. / Arrest:
Miguel Cuevas was arrested for simple possession and an active warrant following a traffic stop after he ran a red light on his bicycle and almost caused a crash.
21-010468: 1410 Mack Smith DOA:
Units responded to the Budgetel Inn where staff had discovered a man deceased in his room. Capsules of suspected heroin as well as paraphernalia were located around the body. No next of kin to be notified. Detective Wade was notified. Medical Examiner responded to the scene.
21-010482: Ringgold Rd/Mack Smith- Arrest:
Michael Crespin was taken into custody on a traffic stop for possessing marijuana for resale and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
21-010481 / 4150 Ringgold Road / AOA:
Police responded to a BOLO at this location for a possible vehicle involved in a disorder with a weapon in Catoosa County. Patricia Degrasse was taken into custody for warrants through Bradley County and transported to the Hamilton County Jail with no issue.
21-010489 / 3122 Seminole Crest Drive / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Kenneth Gibson was arrested at this location following fleeing from his vehicle on foot during a traffic stop. Gibson was charged with Evading Arrest, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on Suspended License, Financial Responsibility, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle, and Light Law Violation.
21-010470, 21-010471 / 3326 Ringgold Road / Theft of vehicle parts / AOA:
Police were approached at this location in reference to a theft of a catalytic converter from a white Ford Thunderbird that had been parked on the property for two days. While speaking with the reporting party, it was confirmed that there was an active warrant for his arrest through Hamilton County Sessions Court for Disorderly Conduct. Brenden Pitts was taken into custody for this warrant and transported to the Hamilton County jail. Report on file for catalytic converter theft.
490 Camp Jordan PKWY / Public Intoxication: (21-010479)
Christian Pate was arrested for public intoxication following an underage consumption incident.
21-010480- 5700 Ringgold Road-
Johnathan Jones was arrested for Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop. Jones also had active warrants from Walker County.
21-010490- 1500 Prater Road-
Carlos Yac Muchic was taken into custody following a traffic stop for Driving Under the Influence and Driving on Suspended.
