July 04 – Day Shift
6514 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Rodrigo Juarez was taken into custody for public intoxication. (21-009482)
4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):
Jonathan Radford was arrested at Silverdale on an East Ridge warrant. (21-009492)
1417 St. Thomas Street (citizen assist):
A woman called police after finding herself with little money and no place to stay. She was provided with contact information for the homeless shelter. (21-009491)
6917 Glen Errol Way (disorder):
Dylan Lee and his live-in boyfriend got into a disorder which caused their roommate, Jenna Worley, to decide to move out. Worley left and returned with a friend to help collect her belongings. Another disorder erupted between the four resulting in police being called. Dylan Lee was arrested on extraditable Georgia warrants. Jenna Worley was issued a misdemeanor citation for destroying Lee’s television. A warrant will be taken out against Lee for assaulting the friend who came to help. (21-009496)

July 04 – Night Shift
Fireworks:
Officers responded to approximately 30 calls involving fireworks throughout the night.
1200 McBrien Rd (Evading 21-009520):
Billy Wilson fled from police on a bicycle. Warrants pending for possession of drug paraphernalia and evading.
3502 Cathy Ln (Shots Fired/Arrest 21-009524):
Police responded to reports of a party discharging an AR15 style rifle. Officer made contact with Clinton Green who admitted he had discharged a firearm. Green lead officers to a .22 Handgun and an AR15 style rifle in the residence. Officers located approximately 25 spent .223 shell casings in Green’s driveway. Green was taken into custody for reckless endangerment. A warrant was secured for false reports against Shannon Crockett who lied to police initially telling officers no one had discharged a firearm. The warrant was served later in the evening and Crockett was taken into custody.
3708 Norma Dr (Property Damage 21-009540):
The reporting party stated something had damaged the window of his vehicle. Officers responded and located damage to the window consistent with it being struck by a bullet. ( Possibly connected to case 21-009524)
6710 Ringgold Rd (Unknown Trouble 21-009547):
Officers responded to an unknown trouble call at the Circle K, 6708 Ringgold Rd. Police made contact with a female who was visibly upset stating she had to “run from him” and left her children at the Best Western. Officers relocated to the Best Western and found four children ranging in age from newborn to 3-years-old, unattended in the hallway of the first floor. The female refused to give officers information on what may have happened other than “he” had taken her vehicle, a white Dodge SUV. She refused to identify who “he” was. While interviewing the victim police located a vehicle matching the description she gave and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled police at a high rate of speed. Officers did not pursue per policy.
4300 Ringgold Rd (Hit and Run 21-009550):
Officers responded to a hit and run crash involving a white Dodge SUV. The SUV matched the description of the vehicle from complaint number 21-009547 that fled police moments earlier.
941 Spring Creek Rd (Disorder 21-009553):
Police responded to a disorderly patient at Parkridge East Hospital. The patient had been medically cleared but refused to leave and attempted to access several closed areas of the hospital. The subject was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
5601 State Line Rd (Assault 21-009559):
Police responded with EMS on report of an assault. Officers located a female who had facial trauma. She stated she was assaulted by a male on Isbill Road in Chattanooga. She was transported to Parkridge East by EMS. Chattanooga PD responded to the hospital to conduct their investigation.

July 05 – Day Shift
21-009570- Ringgold Road @ Camp Jordan Parkway- Road Rage/Disorder-
The complainant called to report a road rage incident that occurred while she was traveling west on Ringgold Road in the area of Camp Jordan Parkway. She advised a female subject in a beige Lincoln Navigator pointed a firearm at her. The complainant was unable to describe the gun or the female.

July 05 – Night Shift
Spring Creek Rd / N Mack Smith Rd. – Traffic Stop / Aggravated Assault – 21-009604 –
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white pickup truck that was driving recklessly at this location. Further investigation showed that the pickup truck was actively involved in a road rage incident with another vehicle that had stopped at the traffic stop scene. Chattanooga Police responded as the primary investigating agency since an aggravated assault occurred between the two drivers in Chattanooga.
1509 Fruitland Dr – Auto Theft – 21-009603 –
The complainant reported that her 2015 Dodge Dart, black in color, TN DHK584, had been stolen. The vehicle was taken sometime between 7/2/2021 at 0500 and 7/5/2021 at 0043. The keys were left in the vehicle. No suspect information available.
21-009600/ 4214 Ringgold Road/ Warrant Service:
Police served an Alias Capias: Driving on Suspended License on Vickeauria Goodman. She was transported to Silverdale by CPD.
