The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
June 19 – Day Shift
5301 Ringgold Road/ Wandering Children:
Police received a call about two small children wandering down McBrien toward Ringgold Road. Police spoke with the children and discovered one was autistic and had escaped the home. The autistic child was going to Walgreens where his older sister had gone shopping. Police located the older sister and turned the children over to her. (No number)
1000 Bass Pro Drive (criminal trespass):
George Lamar Green was criminally trespassed from Bass Pro Shop, after being observed attempting to shoplift items. 21-008677
941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East Hospital) (Theft from vehicle):
Police came into contact with the complainant who stated he arrived at the hospital at approximately 1000 hours and went inside. When he returned to his vehicle at approximately 1055 hours, he noticed someone had rummaged through his vehicle. Papers were scattered about and the console lid open. The complainant stated the only thing he knows is missing at this time is his cash app card. Someone tried to use it a Wal-mart somewhere in Chattanooga. The complainant stated the card has been frozen at this time. Police don’t have a known suspect at this time. 21-008664

June 19 – Night Shift
1 Frawley Rd (Shots Fired 21-008694):
The reporting party stated they heard several shots in the woods behind their residence. Nothing was located by police.
5080 S Terrace (Disorder 21-008695):
Police responded to a disorder between several juvenile females and theater staff. The female’s parents were summoned to pick them up.
6701 Ringgold Rd (Mental Health 21-008703):
Officers were approached by a party in mental health crisis. Police summoned EMS and he was transported to a local hospital.
5346 Greenbriar Rd (Noise Complaint 21-008698):
The caller reported their neighbor’s dog was howling and barking. Officers attempted to contact the dog owner and have them quieten their dog.
3104 Bimini Place (Fight 21-008708):
Police received reports of multiple parties fighting in the parking lot of Bimini Place Apartments. The subjects were gone when police arrived.
1417 St Thomas St (AOA Arrest 21-008713):
Matthew Wampler was taken into custody for DUI, driving while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also found to have active warrants through Soddy Daisy for distribution of methamphetamine.
1417 St Thomas (Disorder 21-008716):
The reporting party stated he was upset with the condition of his room. He advised the room was infested with bedbugs. He stated the night shift manager told him he could leave because she had someone willing to rent the room as soon as it was vacant.
Anderson Ave/ S St Marks (Assist Other Agency 21-008719):
Chattanooga Police were in pursuit of a male party on foot who was in mental health crisis. The man had active warrants for domestic assault.
1022 Blanton Dr (Theft 21-008723):
The reporting party stated he had seen a male exit the passenger compartment of his vehicle. The suspect took approximately $1,400 worth of equipment. The suspect was last seen entering a white sedan and traveling south on Blanton.

June 20 – Day Shift
6814 Martha Avenue (extra patrol):
Neighborhood residents are requesting extra patrol on this street. They have video of people trying to break into vehicles again. They have requested police patrol this area more during the night hours. (21-008725)
34 Frawley Road (extra patrol):
Residents requested extra patrol in this area. Their vehicle was broken into in May, and they now have video of someone attempting to enter their vehicles again. This appears to be the same suspects from Martha Avenue. (21-008730)
700 Germantown Road (medical assist):
Police were flagged down by a homeless man complaining of chest pains and dizziness. Police notified EMS who arrived and transported the individual to the hospital. (21-008726)
3728 Ringgold Road (abandoned animals):
Two chickens in a rusty cage were discovered left in a parking lot at this address. The two chickens were turned over to animal control. Officers believe the birds are from a house at the corner of Gleason Dr and Germantown Rd where officers discovered several dozen or more chickens being kept at this address the day before. 5421 Ringgold Road (aggravated assault):
A female subject called police after being assaulted by her boyfriend. She stated they had been working on a construction project on Oakdale Avenue today, and he would hit her when they began to argue. At one point he punched her in the mouth, and she hit him back. He then hit her repeatedly about her face and arms, and then stabbed her in the arm with a screwdriver before forcing her out of his vehicle. He then fled the scene. She was transported to Erlanger by ambulance. Warrants will be sought for the male subject. (21-008746)

Lovest Carter was transported to Hamilton County Jail on a warrant from another agency. No Case Number
800 S. Germantown Rd / Arrest/Traffic Stop:
David Franklin was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and DUI following a traffic stop. 21-008758
1417 St. Thomas Street, Room 224 / Arrest-Drugs:
Dustin Walker and Lindsey Reece were arrested on Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Simple Possession or Casual Exchange, and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. 21-008759
322 Camp Jordan Road / Domestic Assault:
Angela Mosteller was arrested for Domestic Assault; Driving While License Revoked, Suspended and Disorderly Conduct. 21-008762
