The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
June 10– Day Shift
604 Bacon Trail (disorder):
The complainant and her niece, Kiara Walker, were negotiating a trade of food stamps for the complainant’s iPhone. The two began to argue over the appropriate amount of food stamps when Walker left with the phone. Walker was located at another address and arrested on an active Hamilton County warrant. (21-008212)
5000 block Delaware Drive (OD, child endangerment):
Police responded to a CPR in progress after a male subject overdosed from injecting drugs. He was revived after his girlfriend administered a dose of Narcan. He was transported to Erlanger Hospital. Used syringes were found lying within several feet of a baby and very young child. Warrants will be sought for child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia. (21-008200)

June 10 –Night Shift
3900 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-0082222):
Samuel Charles Shirley was taken into custody during a traffic stop for possession of Xanax and Percocet.
800 Belvoir Dr (Arrest 21-008230):
Grayson Dupree was taken into custody for criminal impersonation and possession of schedule III narcotics during a traffic stop. Dupree also had confirmed warrants through Walker County and Red Bank.
1417 St Thomas St (Arrest 21-008232):
Joshua Bassham was arrested for DUI after he was located unconscious in the driver’s seat of a Nissan Maxima at the Motel 6.
201 Eads St (Suspicious Activity 21-008235):
The reporting party stated she exited her bedroom to see a male subject in her apartment. She screamed grabbed her infant son and fled the residence. Police arrived on scene and located no sign of forced entry. No one was in the apartment when officers cleared the residence.
5409 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-008234):
A very intoxicated Charles Leidner was taken into custody after he approached a marked patrol unit and began challenging an officer verbally.
6514 Ringgold Rd (Psychiatric Emergency 21-008239):
Officers responded to the Mapco to assists an HCSO Deputy who had transported a disorderly psychiatric patient from the Parkridge East Hospital after she signed herself out against medical advice. The female party was now refusing to exit the deputy’s patrol vehicle. An ambulance was summoned and once again the party refused medical care. The deputy released the party. Moments later East Ridge Police were requested to remove the subject from the Mapco because of disorderly behavior. During the interaction with police the subject became combative with officers. She was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
6600 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-008247):
Corey Karimian was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop.

June 11 – Day Shift
3725 Fountain Avenue (The Belvoir)- Overdose- (21-008252)
Police responded with EMS on a possible overdose. On arrival police assisted EMS. The patient was transported to the hospital.
I-75 South- Broken Down Vehicle- (21-008256- 60)
The caller advised they had run out of gas on the interstate. On arrival police stood by until the vehicle could be safely moved from the roadway.
1100 blk of Spring Creek Road- AOA/Unconscious Person-
Police responded with Fire and EMS on a 50-year-old white male unconscious in the roadway. On arrival Fire and EMS handled the call. The patient was transported to the hospital.
Ringgold Road @ Altamaha Street- Evading-
Police attempted to stop a motorcycle with no registration. The driver failed to stop and fled at a high rate of speed. He was last seen turning north on Moore Road. Police did not pursue.
1410 North Mack Smith Road- Wellbeing Check- (21-008264-)
An anonymous caller requested police check on a 12-year-old male and his mother. The caller advised they had been kicked out of the motel and were standing out front. On arrival they had already gone.
800 Belvoir Avenue (BCA)- Unconscious Person/Possible Overdose- (21-008266-)
The overdose patient from earlier in the shift was released from the hospital and while being transported home, he suffered a second bout of overdose symptoms. Police responded with Fire and EMS. The patient was transported back to the hospital.
6300 blk of Ringgold Road- Road Rage- (21-008267)
The caller advised of a white male driving a black Toyota pulling a gun on people. On arrival police searched the area for the vehicle and driver. He was not located. Police also spoke with several people in the area and no one observed the vehicle or the driver.

Tyrell Bell was served an East Ridge warrant at new 601.

June 11 – Night Shift
3200 block Blackhawk Trail / Missing Person: (21-008274)
Police responded to this address regarding an elderly male who has Alzheimer’s. He was said to have left his residence in a vehicle. The family of the man told police that he might be at one of several businesses on Ringgold Road in East Ridge. Approximately 20 minutes following the initial call police located him in his vehicle at the McDonald’s, located at 6401 Ringgold Road. The man was unable to form coherent sentences while speaking with police, however, was able to identify himself and his location. Police contacted family members of the man, who responded to the scene, and safely transported him back to his residence. Report on file.
4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service: (21-008281)
Jeremy Poole was arrested on East Ridge warrants and transported to the Hamilton County Jail by Red Bank Police.
4011 Ringgold Road/Drugs (21-008280):
During a traffic stop at this location Tony Williams Jr was arrested for evading arrest and Possession of Sch II after a short foot pursuit. Tracy Freeman was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest for drug paraphernalia.
1503 Mcdonald Road/Disorderly Conduct (21-008286)
Billy Hartline and Brittany Delashmitt were arrested for Disorderly Conduct at this location after police had to respond twice to disorders.
1341 St Thomas / Domestic:
Adam Jones was taken into for aggravated domestic assault after his wife presented a video to police where Jones was seen threatening his wife with an ax and smacking her.
S Germantown Rd / S Terrace – AOA Warrant Service – 21-008285 –
Linda Parker was arrested on a felony parole violation warrant out of GA during a traffic stop at this location.
5330 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Activity: (21-008295)
While conducting a routine patrol, police observed three adults in front of Honda Powersports, which was closed. When police attempted to contact the individuals, the parties ran from police behind multiple closed businesses towards Karwill Lane. Following a search of the area, police were unable to locate the individuals. Police did not locate any damage to the business and returned to service.
