The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” furnished by ERPD.
May 20– Day Shift
21-006985- 5611 Ringgold Road (Advance Rent to Own)- Alarm/Burglary-
Police responded to check the business. On arrival the front door was found pried open. Once the responsible arrived video footage was viewed. It showed a male suspect enter the business and ransack the sales counter. Per the responsible it appears nothing was taken. The unknown male was wearing a hoody and gloves and his face was covered. The unknown suspect was driving a dark color Kia Soul.
21-006989- 6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Shoplifting-
The caller advised a white or mixed-race female with half white half black hair took items from the store without paying. On arrival the female had already left the area. Police spoke with management and they declined a report. It is unclear what was taken.
21-006997- Mimbro Lane @ Indian Trail- Animal Call-
Police were dispatched on an injured dog. Police stood by until Animal Control responded. Once on scene they handled the call.
21-006998- 4300 blk of Ringgold Road- Disorder with a Weapon-
Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call where the caller was advising they were running from a white Chevy Tahoe with an armed driver. The caller turned off Ringgold Road and lost sight of the suspect. He requested a phone call from officers but refused to answer the phone.
21-007000- 700 block Haven Hill Drive- Auto Theft-
The caller advised an unknown suspect stole his 2021 Kia (TN 3985DD0) from his driveway. On arrival police spoke to the caller. While gathering report information the caller realized his grandson drove the car to work.
21-007005- 6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of a light blue car doing doughnuts in the parking lot. She advised the vehicle then left the lot toward the interstate. On arrival in the area vehicle was gone.
21-007008- 4103 Ealy Road- Littering-
The caller advised a juvenile threw trash in his yard while walking by his house. On arrival police checked the area and located the juvenile on Tombras Avenue. He was advised not to drop trash in yards.

4301 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Hannah Reed was arrested on Hamilton County warrants during a traffic stop.
3320 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop (21-007030):
Amy Waite was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
21-007030- 3300 Ringgold Road/ Drugs and driving on revoked:
During a traffic stop at this location Amy Waite was arrested for drugs and Andre Allen was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest.
21-007021 3502 Mimbro Lane / Traffic Stop / Arrest:
Larry Johnson was arrested for Possession of Marijuana for Resale, and Kenneth Starling was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Theft of Property, and Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony. Following a traffic stop at this location where police located over one pound of Marijuana and a Stolen Glock 43X handgun.
369 Camp Jordan Rd – Arrest / Stolen Vehicle Recovery – 21-007024 –
Police conducted a traffic stop on a white Chevrolet Tahoe after the license plate showed the vehicle stolen. The vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Apison earlier this date. Cody Headrick was arrested for theft over $10,000 and the passenger, Amber Mathis, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
21-007015/ 5406 Clemons Road/ Disorder:
Police arrested Joseph Floyd for public intoxication at this address. He stated that he smoked marijuana and drank four beers. His slurred speech and inability to stand steady on his feet made it evident that he was too intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
218 Frawley Rd – Domestic Assault –
Police responded to a 911 call where a female could be heard screaming for help. Police contacted the residents of this address and observed the female to have injuries consistent with an assault. The male, Tyler Crawley, attempted to retreat back into the house after the female had opened the door and physically resisted officer’s efforts to detain him. He was arrested for domestic assault, resisting arrest, and interference with 911 calls.

May 21 – Day Shift
4150 Monroe Street (suspicious package):
Police responded to this location after employees discovered a backpack in the stockroom. After reviewing CCTV surveillance, the employees advised the backpack was left there by a male party who also left other bags in the front of the store and had hid in the stockroom and changed his clothes. After further review of the surveillance, it was determined the subject had been dropped off by a CPD patrol unit. Police spoke to the officer, who advised the subject was homeless and was involved in a disorder with another homeless party in their jurisdiction. Officers then checked the bags and determined there were no hazards inside them. Walmart advised they would dispose of the items. (21-007065)
1508 Tombras Avenue (indecent exposure):
A caller reported the occupants of a black SUV parked on the road behind the Speedway were engaged in coitus. Police checked the area but did not locate anyone engaging in any acts. (21-007069)
941 Spring Creek Road (well-being check): Hospital security reported a party left the hospital with an IV still in their arm and wanted police to check the area. The patient was later located at their residence on Duvall Street with no IV and advised they were fine but did not want to wait at the hospital. (21-007057)
5816 Ringgold Road (arrest):
Patrick Elliott was taken into custody for public intoxication. (21-007042)
6509 Slater Road (theft):
The complainant reported the overnight theft of a wrought iron patio set consisting of two chairs and a table valued at $275.00. The patio set was outside the building, but the padlock had been cut. (21-007046)
6511 Slater Road (theft): Robin Nave-
The complainant reported the overnight theft of a flower pot valued at $125.00. (21-007053)

1511 Karwill Ln (Suspicious Person 21-007078):
Reporting party stated there was a male party walking the area asking people for narcotics.
3200 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant):
Kenneth Gibson was detained and transported to the jail on multiple Hamilton County warrants.
3900 Weldon Dr (AOA Warrant 21-007088):
Matthew Chastain was detained and transported to the jail on multiple Hamilton County warrants.
400 S Moore Rd (AOA Warrant):
Kevin Brumitt was detained and transported to the jail on Hamilton County warrants.
3657 Ringgold Rd (Arrests 21-007102):
Adam Horton was arrested for public intoxication and criminal impersonation. He also had multiple warrants through Hamilton County. April Burkhart was arrested for possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and marijuana. She also had warrants through Hamilton County.
