May 06– Day Shift
21-006226- 3901 Ringgold Road (Kingwood Auto Sales)- Disorder-
The caller requested police respond due to an unruly customer. On arrival police prevented any further disorder.
21-006267- 1410 Mack Smith Road (Budgetel)- Vehicle Burglary-
On arrival police met with the complainant She advised her car was entered on 5/5/21 and it was ransacked. The complainant stated several lottery tickets, and two credit cards (First Premier and Green Chime) were taken from her glove box. Security on scene had video footage of a white male wearing a blue shirt with shoulder length hair entering the unlocked vehicle. Security identified the white male as Michael Hullender who resides at the Budgetel. He was arrested and charged accordingly.
21-006230- 1623 Sunray Drive- Found Property-
The caller advised he found a firearm in his yard and wished to turn it over to police. On arrival police contacted the complainant. He stated around 0800 hours on today’s date while picking up trash near his fence along State Line Rd he discovered a silver and black Smith & Wesson .40 cal laying in the grass. Police checked with dispatch and learned the firearm was not reported stolen. The firearm was placed in property and evidence.
21-006234- 1510 Prigmore Road- Theft-
The caller advised an unknown person hacked her credit card. There have been several charges made throughout the country. Report on file.
21-006235- 6710 Ringgold Road (Best Western)- Suspicious Person/Vandalism-
The caller advised a guest in room 218 was observed yesterday attempting to break into motel vending machines. On arrival officers spoke to Christopher Anderson. He was issued a misdemeanor citation for vandalism and kicked out of the motel. A criminal trespass warning was issued.
21-006238- 5413 Weaver Street- Suspicious Vehicle-
The caller advised of an older Lexus driven by a white male taking pictures in the neighborhood. On arrival police checked the area with no vehicles matching the description located.

May 06 –Night Shift
2101 McBrien Road / Traffic Stop:
Timothy Chambers was arrested for DUI 2nd, Possession of Meth, Driving on Suspended, and Retaliation Following a Traffic Stop. 21-006254
500 S Moore Road / Traffic Stop:
Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at this location for speeding. The driver, Brandon Moon, was observed to be in possession of 306.3 grams of marijuana, 42 packages of edibles totaling 20,200 mgs of THC and a firearm. Mr. Moon was arrested for possession of marijuana for resale, possession of edibles for resale, and possession of firearm during a felony. 21-006263
6700 Ringgold Road – AOA Warrant Service:
Summer Jones was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for a warrant out of Walker County GA during a traffic stop at this location. 21-006265
6674 Ringgold Road – AOA Warrant Service:
Nola Barrow was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail for a warrant out of Red Bank during a consensual encounter at this location. 21-006280
3728 Ringgold Road / Stolen Vehicle Recovery:
Police located a 2017 Chevrolet Trax abandoned behind Little Caesar’s Pizza at this address. The vehicle was determined to be stolen out of Chattanooga OCN 21-045583. Police were unable to make contact with the owner at this time. The vehicle was removed from the scene by East Ridge Auto and Electric. Removed from NCIC. Report on file. 21-006281
4302 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop:
Jalen Frazier was arrested for possession of schedule IV following a traffic stop. 21-006277

5300 Oakdale Avenue (warrant service):
Don Bowman was taken into custody on Hamilton County Warrants following a traffic stop at this location. (21-006292)
707 S. Germantown Road (theft):
Police were dispatched to Action Church regarding a theft in progress of a catalytic converter. The suspect vehicle is a green/silver Dodge Magnum occupied by two white males. (21-006299)
3725 Fountain Avenue (auto burglary):
The resident reported her car being broken into a week ago and her iPod stolen. (21-006308)
912 Donaldson Road (evading):
Officers took a supplemental report last night from the victim of a hit and run. Officers located the Jeep Liberty today, but the driver refused to stop for police. (21-006307)

6151 US41 (21-006313) Theft–
Dillon Hickman and Holly Morel stole from Champy’s. Hickman was arrested on Fugitive Warrants and sought warrants for the theft. Morel was issued Misdemeanor Citation.
490 Camp Jordan Parkway (21-006319) DUA–
A juvenile was summonsed/cited for DUA and counterfeit IDs
3500 US41 (21-006327) Warrants Service–
Angel Kilgore arrested on East Ridge Warrants
6500 US41 (21-06336) Warrants Service –
Tasha Wolfe arrested on County Warrants & Public Intoxication.
